house cleaning
+ -1 moreShe is always punctual and gets right to work. she doesn't speak much english and the company asks that I work through dispatch if I ever need to communicate something or need a specific focus. She usually finishes cleaning in around 4 hours. they clean until they are "done" so I suppose if we were really messy people, she could be there all day? if that was the case, the price would be well worth it. however, since we're relatively clean, the price seems high for 1/2 day. But now she knows our place and it's on a regular schedule so I just keep it going...
Description of Work: I have engaged them for a once-a-month houseclean. I have 3.25 bath, 3 bedrooms; lots of hardwood floors and windows. no kids but dogs.

Description of Work: Mary Van Zante has done a fantastic job performing a variety a work for our home over several years. Her housecleaning services are excellent - in addition, she has done a great job in the following areas: general home maintenance (handy-man type work), painting, and amazing organization/clutter control.
