Description of Work: They fixed my cracked iPad screen quickly and efficiently. They were on time and everything went smoothly. Quality work at a reasonable price. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do need a cracked screen repaired would definitely go back to them.

Description of Work: They sent me a bid for repairs on my cell phone. I did not use them this time due to the work being covered by my existing warranty. I would not hesitate to try them for other needed repairs, when I requested a bid for the repair , they were on vacation. There response stated that along with the bid for the work to be done. Description of Work: I went to Gabriel from his outstanding reviews on Angies' List. My Droid 4 Motorola had "died" on a recent vacation, and would not charge in order for me to upload the photos I had taken but were not backed up as where I had been traveling was very remote, so all data was stored in the device. Gabriel tried everything to bring the phone back to life, ordered a part that Verizon had told me was not able to be done. After all his efforts he was not able to revive my phone. I know he spent many hours researching and working on my cell attempting to get it up again. He was not able to do so however. Gabriel would not accept any payment from me for his time and efforts. If I have any technical problems in the future,

Appears to be very experienced in doing this job. He is able to complete the repair more quickly than his competition. His pricing was also competitive and he happened to be running a sale for doing this job this month. He will also come to your location if it is within a certain geographic area.
Description of Work: Replaced broken screen on iPad while we waited.

+ 0 moreI called Master Mobile Repair about my repair. Unlike other repair services, Gabriel agreed to repair the phone. I agreed to purchase the charger connector. We set a date for cell phone pickup. I purchased the HTC 4G charger connector from Amazon for $2.00. Gabriel Besser of Master Mobile Repair picked up my phone at my home on Sunday, October 20, 2013. On Monday morning, October 21st Gabriel delivered the repaired phone to my home. I cannot remember the last time I experienced this high level of professionalism and quality customer service. (This includes the door-to-door pickup and delivery of my cell phone.) The next time I need a electrical gadget or phone repair, I will go directly to Master Mobil Repair. Warren D. Smith
