Description of Work: Marni helped me do a deep organization/purge to all of the closets in my house, along with the kitchen and laundry room. She showed up with the tools necessary, a great attitude and the ability to get me through weeks of work in a matter of hours.  + 0 moreEverything went very well. Marni is patient, and thorough - a very hard worker. She charged me by the hour, and was always up front about when the clock was starting and stopping, never charging for unproductive time. Marni is a great resource for anyone needing this type of help and I will definitely call her when I need help again. I recommend her highly!
Description of Work: Marni was an amazing help over 6-8 half-day sessions. I was down-sizing from a large house and needed help thinning out, removing, and then packing up my belongings. She always showed up on time, brought her own containers and supplies, and worked well with me as we tackled this very large task. What was especially helpful was that she literally removed the things I no longer wanted, packing them up and taking them away. Some things would get recycled in purposeful ways because she knew where to take them. Other things got sold and she would split the proceeds as we agreed. When we got to the packing, she did my large kitchen by herself. On the other end, absolutely nothing was broken!

 + -1 moreMarni brought her own containers, worked constantly and thoughtfully.....never pushing, or urging, just very pleasant and conversational and willing to do whatever was asked. I have a lot of organizing and throwing away to do....I expect to use Marni many more times.

 + -1 moreMarni was helpful, caught on right away what I wanted. She not only cleaned out closets but made the excess go away. She carted off an assortment of items. I was preparing my closets so I could put home on the market. I got rid of a lot of items. My closets look so neat and organized. We worked together for a few hours each day for a few days. I am disabled so I needed help and she worked at a pace I could manage or we would stop.I'll hire her back for a final day and of course when I move.

Description of Work: Marnie came to the house, brought the containers, tape, all the supplies. She packed the whole kitchen up; I was going through a kitchen remodel and couldn't do some of the moving. Marie was organized and very methodical about packing things up, organizing the boxes so that when I needed to un-pack, it was in perfect order. She was able to take a project that was a bit too complicated for me and got it done in one afternoon.

 + 2 moreMarni came over with all of the boxes, wrapping papers, tapes and tools needed to effectively pack up my kitchen to prepare for the remodel. She moved furniture, helped me organize where the boxes would go in my house during the project, made sure everything was labled correctly ( and on all sides of the boxes) and did it while keeping me focused and laughing the whole time. She worked with me to make sure when I needed to unpack the boxes that things would go smoothly - and they did. She even made sure the boxes weren't too heavy. She was efficient, friendly, organized and on-task. It was a pain in the neck task and she made it fun and easy.
Description of Work: Marni came over to help me pack up my kitchen prior to a home -remodel. She helped me organize what needed to be packed away and what needed to be accessible during the re-model.
