Description of Work: WOW...what a great experience with Mark and he didn't even come out to our home!! We had noise coming from our Bosch dishwasher so we found Mark on Angie's List. After explaining what we were experiencing he said that it sounded like a defective board. He asked if he could check something and call me back. Five minutes later he called to let me know that the board on the dishwasher was on recall and had the phone number to Bosch ready. He could have come out and checked the dishwasher and replaced the board, made some money, and I wouldn't have known. This isn't the first time he saved me from having to bring him (or anyone else) out to the house. It is nice to know there is a guy out there that has a great philosophy (...take care of your customer and business will follow). Well, I plan on passing his name to many people!!!!!!!! Thanks Mark!!

Description of Work: I called him about my refrigerator that wasn't cooling. He called me right back, asked me a lot of questions about what I had tried, what wasn't working, etc. Then we determined that it might be work under warranty, and since he wasn't a warranty repair man, if he came out it might just end costing me more money. I was impressed that he tried to troubleshoot over the phone and to try to save me an extra fee.

Description of Work: Wow- I called Mark and he talked with me about possible cost to repair my refrigerator, which was freezing all my food. He suggested that I remove all the food in both refrig and freezer, and turn it off entirely for a few days. I did that, turned it back on, and it works fine. Wow- he saved me $400-600 repair bill. (When, in this society does someone offer a solution that could save the customer money?) Thanks, Mark! I will call you in the future should I need a repair man.

Description of Work: I called Mark because our Bosch dishwasher would not drain. Just as in a previous report, Mark spoke to my husband about potential causes of the problem and how we could possibly fix it ourselves. It seems to have worked, but if we have problems later on I will feel very confident calling Mark. He established trust with me immediately. As an architect working with lots of subcontractors over the years, I know how when I encounter a special professional, and Mark is such a person.
