Description of Work: Mark diagnosed the issue as a bad "frost sensor", did everything necessary to replace and install a new sensor. My refrigerator now cycles normally, and cools consistently. | |Mark was on time, professional, focused and assuring. A real value.

Description of Work: Completed a good technical cleaning. Upon inspection found no repairs or parts needed. Dish washer looked and operated like new when mark left. Time on job between 2-3 hrs. Found where dish washer was not installed right 5 years age,reinstalled correctly to prevent future problems. Mark knew about our Bosch dish washer, acted in a very professional manner, and took the time to educate us on how to prevent further problems. "A"number "1" job. Sorry to have had to wait a week for an appt, but a short wait is sometimes the best course of action. |

Description of Work: Replaced the washer of our wash-dryer stack. Everyone else said the only option was to replace the entire stack. The washer is great, and we didn't need to buy one of those noisy laundry centers.

After doing a few diagnostics on the older refrigerator he presented the options to me and the risks of investing $300 in a new circuit board and temperature sensor versus just paying him for the diagnostic visit and getting a new/newer refrigerator. Description of Work: I called to schedule Mark after reading his reviews. I had spoken to him once before so he diagosed the issue and subsequently I was able to fix myself. Mark is as honest and helpful as I have ever delt with.

He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and give me specific instructions of how to fix it. He was very polite and professional, and provided this advice for no costs. Description of Work: the oven on our gAS RANGE DID NOT WORK. i CALLED mark and we scheduled an appointment. When asked what he thought it was, he said probab ly a igniter swithch. He came as scheduled and replaced the igniter and it works fine. He was prompt and his price was as estimated. A good job.

Description of Work: Although Mark has not done any actual work for me, I felt compelled to write a review after my experience today. After much time spent attempting to find an organization online which would service my Bosch dishwasher (many seem to deal only with domestic appliances), I finally found Mark via the retailer from whom we bought the dishwasher nearly 10 years ago (Albert Lee). I left a message for Mark which included my contact information and the model number of my dishwasher, along with a brief description of the issue (smoke/burning smell from the keypad on the front). I then went back to my work, and joined a conference call. Mark returned my phone call very promptly (left a voice message, as I was still on a work-related call), and had already done his research - turns out that my particular model has had a recall issued, and it would it fix my problem, free of charge through Bosch. Not only did he alert me to the recall, but he also provided the phone number I should call to exercise my recall option, along with other details I should share with Bosch about my situation. Again, perhaps I'm out of turn here in rating Mark on price here (although I certainly can't complain about "free"!), but I can say that based on this experience - and the fact that any other service provider could simply have taken the job, charged me for it, and I would have been none the wiser - I can say with confidence that he has a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, and quality. I'll definitely keep him bookmarked for any future inquiries or service needs.

Description of Work: My dishwasher was not getting dishes clean. Mark did some troubleshooting over the phone, then told me what he thought was wrong. He gave me a "If I'm right it would cost about.." estimate range. He showed up on time, wasted no time, was right a out the problem got it fixed quickly, and was gone- letting me go about my day. The actual cost was at the low end of his estimate, and he even called afterwards to make sure it was working well. Will definitely call him next time I have an appliance problem.
