Description of Work: My icewater outlet on my refrigerator stopped working. He gave me some advice to try on the phone. I tried it and it still didn't work. So I called him back to do a service. He asked me to try one more thing , I did it, and it fixed it. Amazing, he gave me advice that cost him a service call. I can't rate him high enough!

Description of Work: I could have been told what to do myself. But it was a quick fix for a precariously old oven

Description of Work: Mark returned my phone call within 6 hours. We live outside of his service area, so he referred us to someone he's known for 25 years.

Description of Work: Mark came to fix our 12 year old refrigerator but had to pronounce it dead. He did a preliminary diagnosis over the phone and he had the part, but he found that the compressor had frozen up so it was a goner. This is the second time we have used Mark and he is great.

Description of Work: Washer door gasket leaking on 7 year old machine. Mark came and replaced. All looked good until we did several loads and noticed water under washer. Mark came back (no charge) to find problem (which was hard to see). Gave us a bid to replace short hose that flushes water thru detergent dispenser (was hard to get to) or to refund for part of previous repair if we chose to get a new washer. Decided to stick with Mark and my washer. Returned calls. Diagnosed on phone. Always on time. Nice.

Description of Work: Repaired a stove burner and replaced part of the electrical system that was attached to the burner. Mr. Wiseman identified the problem immediately and he exhibited a real keen sense of humor.

Description of Work: Installed new garbage disposal and took the broken one away. Nice person to work with.

Description of Work: Refrigerator quit working. Mark was tied up with other calls that day but asked many questions and was able to diagnose the problem, order the correct part (thermostat) and install it the next day. I was very impressed with his competence. This is what repair service should be but, unfortunately, seldom is.

Description of Work: Repaired washing machine. Mr Wiseman was prompt, described the problem, ordered a part and repaired the machine. This was not the first time Mr. Wiseman fixd an appliance for me. I would definitely recommend him.

Description of Work: Although I didn't use Mark I certainly would have he does not service my area but gave me the name and number of Andy Koa who did a great job fixing my freezer. I recommend Mark on the grounds that he is so helpful and professional!

Description of Work: Terrific, he called me back very quickly after I left him a voice mail, and he also called before he arrived, was on time, explained the entire repair, actually FIXED my dishwasher, hooray! And all for a very reasonable price. Will definitely call him again for any other appliance repairs.
