They arrived within the time-window provided on the phone and completed the work a little longer than estimated on the phone (3 hrs 15 min vs 2.5-3hr estimate). Towards the end of their time cleaning, another woman came out to evaluate their work. I did notice a higher window ledge that was missed during dusting, and they went back to redo it. We were very pleased with the cleaning and the house didn't smell like cleaning solution. A couple years ago, we have had Maid Brigade perform routine cleanings every two weeks on a different house and were equally pleased. We had selected them because their price was similar or better to other cleaning companies we called at the time.

Very badly. When i called to arrange for the service i was totally honest and let them know that my house was sadly neglected these last 5 or so months, that there was a lot of dust and our house just needed a really good, deep cleaning. I was assured that my house would sparkle. This is the first time in my life i have ever hired someone to clean my house. So off i went to work and my husband stayed home while they cleaned.It was like they just moved the dust around. The floors were smeary and dirty in areas. Every surface i ran my hand over came back with dust. The blinds were poorly dusted, the windows were linty with missed areas. The shower stall was cleaned but the mold/mildew above the stall was not cleaned. Our decoratives were sort of kind of dusted and randomly put back. Chrome fixtures were not completely polished and had leftover cleaning spray spots. Mirrors had dried cleaner on them. And they didn't clean the fridge at all. Bannister railings were a sticky mess of dust and dried - whatever it was they used. Our house just felt dirty.I called and spoke with Julie who was very apologetic and offered to completely re-do the job five days later (the soonest that worked for us, not MB - she offered to come out sooner). She did forget to tell the crew about the fridge and offered that service at no charge - understandable and i had not been charged for it. Well, they came back today and sort of re-did the job. I left two cans of Pledge out with cloth rags to dust all the wood furniture, as i had discussed with Julie on the phone. They dusted SOME of the furniture with it - then used it on the linoleum kitchen floor! The powder room floor is still covered with dust and looks worse than it did this morning.They did do a wonderful job on the fridge and freezer and did a good job vacuuming both times. I just think they need better training and/or better communication from the office.I expected (twice) to come home to a shiny, clean house and found deadly slippery floors and a whole lot of stuff they didn't do or did poorly. Apparently this crew did not get the memo about re-doing the whole job, let alone doing it well.All i can say now is "SERIOUSLY?" I'm not a neat-freak or a jerk nor do i have super-high standards - i just thought paying someone $300.00 to deep clean my house would actually result in a deeply cleaned house. Now i must go and re-wash the floors so we don't break our necks. I'll fix the rest of it tomorrow.Never again.

They were right on time, showed up with 4 workers and it took 2 hours. My husband was here the whole time, overseeing, and the supervisor came out and checked in with him to insure satisfaction. My husband says the job was better than he had expected.

They are really good, efficient, and reliable.

I scheduled the day and they called me the day before to tell me what time they would be here. They arrived when promised, were very polite and thorough.

We picked maid brigade because a neighbor in Queen Anne recommended them and they do green cleaning. We found the quality of the cleaning was poor; not even what I'd do myself and they are supposed to be pros. Also, our kitchen/eating nook tile floor hadn't been cleaned so we called and they said they would come out the next day. The floor looked no different. Called again, they came the next day while my husband was home and cleaned the floor decently. On top of all of that - $400 for a 3-hour cleaning is expensive even for a great job, but crazy for what we got. Maybe if you can get the same exact employee a friend likes, it would work out, but seems like a gamble if you just get whomever they assign to your house.

If you are renting and want to get your deposit back, don't even think twice about scheduling an appointment with Maid Brigade. Yes, they are a tad pricier than other similar companies, but you always know you will get outstanding service, the same team each time, and helpful representatives who are invested in the quality of services they offer. I have used Maid Brigade on and off for years in multiple cities and states, and I've always been happy!

We were getting our house ready to go on the market and wanted to have the house professionally cleaned. They did a wonderful job! They got stains out, they dusted, polished, vacuumed, swept, etc. The house sparkled when they were done. Excellent job!

They are horrible. We have been stuck with them for a year now, because we haven't been in town long enough to change cleaners. For starters they never fully clean anything, if you move furniture after they have come you find massive amounts of dust everywhere. Along with the dust there are cobwebs all around. Also they have done damage to our walls and floorboards. They often stuff things under beds or in drawers to make a place appear cleaner. The bathrooms often have soap scum, even mold, left and things throughout are placed in questionable locations; eye solution in a closet? They are nowhere near professional and are very cold. The head of our team is down right bossy towards us. They miss most of the dirt and you are left doing tons of finishing work. Lastly we have found things missing after some visits. Not sure why people would use these guys. I would say stay far away from the Maid Brigade unless you can supervise every single minute or just want your house to appear clean!

MAID BRIGADE DID AN EXCELLENT AND THOROUGH CLEANING JOB. ALTHOUGH A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME INDEPENDENT MAIDS WE FOUND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.
