+ -1 moreI have called multiple times and was even disconnected on the phone with someone named Laurie. Later found out the person I was disconnected with was a supervisor. I have waited on hold long periods of time trying to get help, they do not do the right thing and keep their word to fix the repairs.
Description of Work: They deviled furniture to me. I bought a $500.00 worry no more protection program. I have been running around in circles with them trying to get the dent on the front end of the dresser repaired . They have told me the damages are not covered and I am exhausted by the negligence from them.

+ -1 moreThere is a big mall called Northgate Mall, there is a Macy's in that mall, and they have a watch repair in the basement. It is kind of interesting that they had somebody that repaired watches, I was surprised, and I didn't have to go to a jewelry store. It was a fast speedy service. I could not remove the back of the watch to change the battery myself, so I had the watchmaker do it. I was pleased with the whole service, the speed, the cost, and the availability.
Description of Work: I used Macy's watch department to get a new battery put in my watch.
