We were looking at all the options for wood flooring in a 200 sq ft bedroom and the guys here helped us determine that our least expensive and best bet for a quality hardwood floor was to install prefinished hardwoods ourselves. They walked us through all the components and gave us solid tips on installing over existing wood floors (go the opposite direction or fill in the existing seams' etc.). They didn't try to upsell or sell us more than we needed. They were fair in providing options and also offered up installation for an added cost, but we opted to do it ourselves. In the end our DIY flooring turned out great and well do the remainder of the upstairs now that we know how to do it! We'll go back and buy our flooring from them again.

I went to the store in Bellevue Washington. They were very patient and polite.My husband and I bought some discounted hardwood rustic hickory. It was on the clearance rack and they told us it might be slightly defective. It was half the price of the brand. We put it down and it is beautiful. I did notice that a couple of pieced the grove was not butted to each other. Other then that the floor is beautiful.

I had a wonderful experience with them. I found them to be very helpful. They take the time with you to find out what your needs are and what applications you need. They helped me match the coloring and find out what was the most appropriate flooring for me to use. There were times when I went in to get the flooring and they would not have stock and they would search all over the country to find the boxes. They might find one box in Alabama and one in California but they were nice enough to go to the next step and call all those stores to gather all the boxes that I needed to finish the job. I had one floor that was 20 years old and it was really hard with the new stuff that they had done with the wood flooring. I brought a piece in to match up but they could not match it up and so they gave me the name of another company to go to and see whether they had what I was looking for. I was very impressed that they sent me to another store to find what I was looking for. I had misplaced my paperwork and they were good enough to pull it up and send it to me. If they have promised me that they would have something for me in a week, then they have it for me. They are very great about calling me and telling me that my stuff has arrived. It is just a pleasant place to go to for flooring.
