+ 0 moreI contacted LJM Communications due to the high ratings I found on Angie's list. The issue has been a phone wiring problem in my house. The clarity of the phone is not consistent and at times you can barely hear the person on the other end of the line. Qwest has yet to identify the problem. So I called LJM and briefly described the problem. The person on the other end of the line was totally unprofessional and indicated if Qwest wasn't able to troubleshoot, LJM wouldn't be able to do it either. Than he hung up on me. I will never contact LJM again and am very surprise other folks have rated them so highly.

+ 1 moreTim spent an hour troubleshooting the old wiring system. He discovered that a 25-pair cable (located in another tenants space) was cut and had water damage. He quickly found spare cables in a different part of the building and had us connected. He even rewired it so that we can have the postage meter directly connected to it. We highly recommend LJM Communications.
Description of Work: We were experiencing 'noise' problems with our fax line. Clients were having trouble transmitting fax's to us. We called LJM Communications and Tim was able to respond within 2 hours.
