+ 3 moreOverall, it went absolutely GREAT. I am so glad I have found Mark's company. The upstairs unit he worked on was a total mess. It was a total renovation of the whole unit. Unfortunately, I didn't find Mark until I was over half way done with the project, or he could have done much more of the work for me. I have 4 rental units and will be using him for years to come..
Description of Work: Mark has done work at 2 different rental locations I own. His work is beautiful. He is very detailed about what scope of work he will be doing, how he will do it and when it should be completed. I trust him completely, I can give him a key to the property, and don't have to worry at all. He totally rebuilt steps to an upstairs unit. He painted and did trim work on the whole unit for me, replaced 3 windows, installed light fixtures, and hung the entry door. I am sure that I am missing some small things, because he can do it all, and he did so much for the remodel.
