Description of Work: I originally requested a price quote for mowing, weeding and edging from Mr. Le and he was available to come that week. He was able to provide a quote within minutes. After I agreed to the pricing, he came within days. The work was exceptional. Both the front and back yard were done, all weeds gone with soil neatly raked and the edging was nicely executed. I will have Mr. Le continue to perform routine maintenance on my lawn in the future.

Description of Work: Pruned trees perfectly. Asked to have area swept on tarps. They not only swept on tarps moved all to one area. Trimmed a large hedge up front. Thought the hedge was a little expensive, but very happy with the results!

Description of Work: Mr. Le's crew removed distressed sod from my front yard, added topsoil and reseeded. Also Cut back overgrown laurel hedge and generally pruned landscape. Also replaced 1 dead plant. Also removed all waste. All work performed very fast and to my satisfaction. I regret not having obtained a second bid. Unfortunately our relationship became somewhat contentious.

Description of Work: Yard trimming/cleanup. Bonus was lawn was mowed and trimmed at no additional cost. Some debris left in beds. Yard waste bin was filled to overflowing, but my wife may have told them that was ok, instead of hauling all waste away.

Description of Work: Le's landscaping aerated, seeded my front yard. they put soil down in front as well. they aerated and seeded back yard too but did not put soil down. they rebuild an existing French drain in the front yard; redigging drain, putting new rocks in drain and replacing actual drains. they trimmed a small maple in front yard. And took out a small magnolia tree in the front yard. they did a great job. the price was high but when it all was completed I think it was quite worth the price. they only except CAST for services!

Description of Work: This was a bid for landscaping steps. His price is reasonable. I have used him in the past. He does what he says he will do. He is responsive to questions and phone calls.

Description of Work: I hired Mr. Le to top off a large camellia tree that was growing in a power line and to clear out a long narrow planting bed (75' x 4') because we had decided to remove the bed and just plant grass. Clearing this bed was significant work. There were large rocks in it, a stickery shrub, and lots of weeds. The work Mr. Le's crew did was excellent. I was not at home, but neighbors and close friends kept an eye on the project, which involved three workers The cleared out bed was immaculately clean and planted with grass seed and appropriate peat moss for moisture retention. The camellia was not just pruned, but dead material was cleared out from within the branches and it looks great. The crew arrived when they said they would. They worked very h****** the job site for three-and-a-half hours. Then I would anticipate there was a dump run and fees that would take another hour. | |The rub is that I paid $2,700 for this job. By my math, subtracting the dump fees and subtracting taxes, I paid these guys approximately $575 per hour. If there were three workers I paid them more than $191 per man/per hour. Seems pretty darn high for non-tradesman manual labor. Since I did this job I've seen Angies List, A-rated, gardeners offering deals for weeding and pruning that are probably one-forth what I paid. Mr. Le did great work, but I feel like I paid WAY too much.

Description of Work: They did a great job on putting in stepping stones around the house. Leveling and replacing pavers on the back patio and planting and weeding the yard.

I also had the driveway and sidewalk pressure washed. | |They were fast, punctual, thorough, and cleaned up everything. | |Le came to my home to provide an estimate prior to the work, and then gave me a follow up call after the service to ensure I was satisfied.
