They do a good job and come out when they say they will.

They are very good. The quality of work is quite good and they are on time. They do the right work.

Horrible. This is a clown show.

Mr. Le and his crew (three in total) arrived at our house on time and ready to go. They worked diligently, taking special care around our old cedar tree. All old sod was removed and the area was tilled. New soil was applied along with seed and fertilizer. I was present for most of the work and Mr. Le checked in with me a couple of times to verify logistics, etc. They finished the work early and cleaned up well. The crew mostly kept to themselves but offered an initial smile and "hello". It has been six weeks since the work has been completed and Mr. Le has been great about returning my emails and answer questions that we have regarding care and maintenance. He also stopped by yesterday to check out the lawn and overseed it. The lawn is looking good, filling in nicely (minus a couple of bare spots which is normal). We were very happy with his work and the cost of the work. We would, and have, recommended Mr. Le to our friends and family.

We contacted Mr Le for an estimate for the total clean up of our yard. He promptly returned my call and we scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived when he promised, even a little earlier, and was courteous, very knowledgeable and gave me a quote for the job immediately. His price was a little higher that other bids we had gotten, but after reading the reviews on Angie's List and feeling very comfortable that he knew what he was doing, we decided to hire Mr. Le for the job. Unfortunately, it would be about two weeks before they could do the job and we really wanted to have it done before we left town. Mr. Le called me within two days and said they would be able to work on Memorial Day, if that was OK, to make sure the work was completed before we left. They did a total clean up of our yard which included trimming, weeding ( including weed killer), mowing and fertilizing the lawns and laying mulch in all the flowerbeds. They did a fantastic job, our yard looks beautiful and we would highly recommend Mr. Le and his crew!

Great. Mr. Le emailed me back right away and we scheduled a time to meet for an estimate. He was on time and did a great job of fixing up our back yard.

Mr. Le and his staff were prompt, courteous and did a great job. They communicated well and showed up on time. The work was done on time, at the quoted price and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely use their services again.

Mr. Le states frequently that "he will do his best" for me. We used several landscaping services here in Washington and I guarantee that Mr. Le will go above and beyond what your expectations are. Mr. Le is extremely hard-working. He has many clients. He wants all his clients to be extremely satisfied and works hard to make this happen. It is worth it to "wait" for Mr. Le if he is finishing other projects because when he works with you, your needs and expectations will be met. Mr. Le takes the time to understand your property needs and what types of plants will work best in your soil, level of sun and moisture. He is knowledgable of plants and takes the time to ensure they "take". Mr. Le also has "the eye" to look at current landscaping and with ease move plants around to be more pleasing to the eye both in color and size. I could not believe how different our property looked after Mr. Le rearranged plants that were existing. They not only looked better but you could tell the new location of the plant made the plant "healthier" looking. Mr Le's communication is timely and he is very honest of what he can do and what he may not have time to do. Again, I can not say this enough...Mr. Le is a professional and it is important to him that you are happy and that the outcome is impressive. I believe he understands every job has "his name on it" and he is appropriately proud of his work. I could not give Mr. Le a higher rating. He is fantastic and very enjoyable too. I found Mr. Le on Angie's list. Thank you, Angie's List. I encourage you to take any "critical comments" with a grain of salt. If you want a honest, straight-forward professional Mr. Le will work for you. You hire someone like Mr. Le not for the hard heavy lifting work but for his knowledge and skill in understanding your environment and his ability to more then "complete" the job.

Mr Le was quick to respond on phone and text. Came out to estimate cost on Saturday and all the work was completed by the following Wednesday.

Came out to our house to give a quote and he was on-time, very professional. Easy to communicate with him via email. Set a date for the work to be done, they came out early in the morning, on time and stayed all day until it was done. Our yard looks amazing. We are very happy when we glance out into our backyard and don't have to look at the weeds/mess. Very professional and punctual. I would hire them again.

Called Le to schedule an appointment for quote late yesterday. He agreed to travel more than 25 miles to my place to look at my problematic backyard with lots of weeds this morning to give me a quote. He arrived 10 minutes early than schedule time. Even before we went to the backyard, he already gave me good advice on little things I could do with my front yard on my own. After looked at my poor looking backyard, he explained what type of problems the lawn has and told me what I can do if my budget would not allowed me to redo the entire place with new grass. He explained it to me patiently and will definitely call him back when I am ready financially because I think his quoted price is very reasonable. I really like Le's personality. He is friendly, funny, honest, and NICE! Thanks Le!

Very happy with Le Landscaping. He arrived promptly for the bid, looked over our yard and gave me his price. Asked lots of questions as to how exactly I wanted things done. We spoke the next day, Friday and scheduled his crew to arrive Monday morning. they arrived as I was leaving for work and got right to work. When we arrived home from work that evening the transformation was magnificent. Our yard went form overgrown and neglected to looking really sharp. They had left some ground cover in one area that I wasn't clear that I wanted gone, so when Mr. Le called to check in on their work, I mentioned it and he said he would take care of it by the end of the week. We returned home the next day to find it was already done. We are planning to do more work in our gardens, a paved garden, some landscaping, fence and we will definitely check back in with Le Landscaping.

Mr. Le came out to my house to give me a bid on what I wanted done with my whole yard- approx 3/4 acre. He was prompt, professional and asked many questions to have a good understanding of everything I needed and suggested different options I could choose from as far as services and bark or mulch options. He was lower than my other 2 bids, and I liked him the most, so I chose him. He had a crew of 3 men for 3 days of work, and they worked very hard the whole time from 8am to 5pm. They did a great job with my yard- it was amazing how much the accomplished, and an extra bonus was there was an area that I don't really use for my yard so I told them to skip that part for the clean up and beautifying. They went ahead and did that section free of charge because Mr. Le said he didn't want any part of my yard to not look as nice as the rest of it. That was super nice they did that extra work without it even being in the agreement. I will definitely use Mr. Le's landscaping again in the future. I am very very happy with them.

I have heard this ame complaint from another Angie's List user that the businesses listed do not respond to customer inquiry.

Mr Le understood what I wanted and suggested landscaping ideas that went along with what I wanted.. Mr Le was very easy to work with and I am very pleased with him and his workers. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the final results.

Le's crew arrived and went to work without any fanfare. They accomplished an amazing amount of work in a short period of time. Le is very personable and professional. He does struggle to keep his appointments organized and appears forgetful at times - however - he does manage to meet his earlier commitments and cost estimate. I plan to continue using Le's Landscaping.

I have used Mr. Le's services for a few years now. I called Mr. Le after spending Saturday morning cleaning my walkway, sidewalk and driveway. One full bin and 6 bags of yard waste later, I was able to see the concrete! The yard was a different story. There was probably 6 inches of leaves on the grass. Wet, heavy leaves. I had planned to call Mr. Le earlier but decided I would wait until the trees were done dropping leaves. To give you an idea of the amount of leaves, I have 4 very large, tall, leafy, maples in my small front yard and the leaves from the surrounding neighbors. A few years ago, after 18 years of bagging and doing this chore annually, I decided I would treat myself to having the yard professionally cleaned. I am so glad I did. I don't use up a month's weekends, I stay dry, my back doesn't hurt, and I don't have 25 bags of leaves at the curb. I emailed Mr. Le and he called me the next day - Sunday. We negotiated a price based on prior work that he has done for me. He did tell me that it would be a few days since this was a very busy time of year. I was pleasantly surprised to come home Tuesday evening to a clean, leaf free yard. In addition, his crew took my already bagged leaves with them to dispose. The laurels were done nicely too. They are approximately 15 feet tall and 8 feet deep. There is no way for me to attempt to do this work by myself. I have never had a bad experience using Mr. Le and his team. I plan to continue using his services.

They showed pride in their work when they finished. I ask for another estimate for future yard work before they left. I will definitely be using this company again. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Mr Lee arrived a couple days after a phone call requesting his help. He quickly looked over property and tasks and settled on a price. We negotiated a much lower price and he asked for a down payment of a couple hundred dollars. His employees arrived in three days and did a good job getting all the overgrown shrubs, hedges and lawn back in shape. The big stuff all got thrown into a wild area on the property like we agreed but the entire place wasn't really clean and tidy especially the driveway. There were a minor items not accomplished but I figured that was because of a lack of written scope of work that I should have provided. I was in a hurry to get the work finished so overall it accomplished my goals. I appreciate his quick response and schedule.

I found Le's Landscape and Yardwork on Angie's List and chose them because of Le's excellent reviews. Le came to the house at the agreed time to take a look at and bid on the job. Le's bid came in a bit higher than another bid, but I went with him anyway primarily because of his good reviews. On the agreed time and date, Le and his crew came to the house and took on a pretty difficult weeding and trimming job. I was away from the house during the work, but sure was happy with what I saw when I got home. Le and his guys did a great job. My landscaping now looks fabulous. Thanks, Le.

Mr. Le answered my phone call and made an appointment to provide me with a written estimate for the work that I wanted done. He showed up to the appointment on time. He provided me with a competitive bid for the work. He and his crew showed up a day early for the work that they performed. The work was mostly completed during 2 very hot days. The work was dirty and most of it was backbreaking, but all of it was done well and done quickly.

However - we were selling the house and needed the yard to look really great. We discussed the project with Mr. Le and he quoted us a price. The next weekend he showed up with his crew and machinery before we had really sealed the deal. Given that he was already on the property, we let him go ahead and do the work but I would have preferred that we had a written contract before any work got started. Also, he said the yard would look really great. It really only looked average and we had to purchase many other flowers and do many hours of work ourselves to really make the yard stand out. Lastly, Mr Le quoted us a price of re-graveling the driveway. I remember the price was $2,500. We hired another contractor to spread the gravel after we paid for the delivery. The whole expense was $750.00. So, I was quite relieved we did not hire Mr. Le for that job.
