 + -1 moreThey did not come out when they were going to. They said they would send they estimate, but all they sent was a sheet of paper with the price, no description or detail. They seem to only be only interested in larger jobs.

Sweat the details (from permits, inspections, subs, supplies) and keep you appraised continually if situations change and when decisions need to be made.
Description of Work: Addition with 3 bedrooms & bath over excavated basement/garage, plus general remodel of existing, new deck and new driveway.

 + 6 moreThe team of Kron-Kellett were extremely professional, competent, timely and on budget. The project required extensive engineering and flexibility, and we could not be happier with the results. Their subcontractors were prompt, professional and on budget as well. They also allowed us to be as involved in the project as we wanted. We chose to do the demolition and much of the finish work.
Description of Work: We did a complete gut, remodel and addition to our house. The project included vaulting ceilings, moving a staircase, moving multiple walls, adding a two-car addition with dining room and deck on top, remodeled bathroom and kitchen, additional new bathroom, brickwork, leveling of basement floor, new roof, new windows and doors, new plumbing, new electrical and new HVAC systems.
