We had a great experience with Knockout. Small plumbing repair job that they were able to fix quickly. Gave us multiple options on how best to address the immediate problem, as well as prospective problems in the future. No complaints and would definitely hire again.

Discovered my water heater was leaking like a sieve about 8pm on a Wednesday, called a few places none could guarantee next day. Then I contacted Knockout, were able to accommodate the next morning and price was as good or better than the others. A half hour later a tech called to walk me through turning off and draining the broken water heater. Next morning at 9:30am the Knockout guy arrived and by noon I was taking the best shower of my life. Water heater is performing great, seems like top quality as was the service. Highly recommend!

The guy came in, investigated the problem and fixed it on the same day. A bit expensive but I think flooding due to battery problem is taken care of.

Zach and his crew were amazing! Our old water heater sprung a massive leak at 2:00am on a Saturday morning. Contacted Zach at 7:30am and he called right back and was here within the hour. Not only did we replace our water heater with a tankless model, but also moved it from the second floor to garage. Zach did all of this on a Saturday for a flat fee!! He and his crew were here for 9 hours without complaint or even seeming to take a rest!! Knockout Plumbing is indeed a 'Knockout' and I would highly recommend!! Kudos to all!!

The estimate provided a clean and competitive estimate. After property owner decided to hire the company, job is scheduled to start a few days later. This is very impressive in consideration of busy season in the summer. The plumbers took a few days to work thoroughly on all items to bring all the plumbing to code. The owner has personally waited for county inspectors twice at the job site. The county inspector commented the job was performed very professionally. Love to refer Knockout Plumbing to friends.

Zach with Knock out Pluming a Seattle based company was great to work with! He did not try to "over sell" the two items that needed replacing. the toilet had a crack and the water heater had burst and it was a Sunday. I was frantically cleaning up water when Zach arrived on the scene. He not only fixed the problem right away but kindly helped me with the clean up. He came back the following day with the new water heater and toilet that did not break the bank! He was efficient, knowledgable regarding the best products to suit my needs. I highly recommend this company.

We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area. NONE of them were able to accommodate our need on this shortened time frame. I got Zach's number from a contractor friend of mine and in a last ditch effort gave him a call. Unlike some of the other plumbers I'd spoken with, Zach validated my concerns and informed me that he would recommend that I have my system inspected. He was very patient with my partner and I, making room for us that evening to show up in exemplary fashion. He did a full inspection of our sewer lines with a camera and explained to us what the different piping meant. He then tested our water pressure and advised us to request that the seller offer concessions to cover the cost of putting in a pressure reduction valve. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and took time to insure that we understood why he was recommending these services. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home.

I called them on short notice and they were able to come out quickly and do the work. Friendly and efficient. Appreciated the quick turn around so that I could keep my remodel project moving along
