 + -1 moreJoe at Kendall did not deliver as promised (a day late) and made things worse by removing the dumpster before it could be used out of spite for my wife and I (the customer...). I now am hauling all the debris that couldn't go into the dumpster on the day it was promised off my lawn and to the dump by myself. This company did not deliver on its promise and did not hold itself accountable for their own mistake. Instead, this company made matters worse by treating their customer with disdain.
Description of Work: My general contractor recommended Kendall Trucking to bring out a dumpster for construction debris as we renovate our house. I called Joe at Kendall Trucking to schedule a drop-off. The drop-off never happened on the day that it was promised, so I called. I was told that it couldn't come until the next day - and I was already scheduled to be out of town. Kendall trucking knew this was an inconvenience and I would have to haul all the debris off of my lawn, and into the dumpster when I returned five days later. While I was gone, Kendall trucking called our house regarding the dumpster. The agent (Joe, I believe) spoke with my wife and was rude regarding an exact date when the dumpster would be filled, even though Kendall Trucking knew that if the dumpster was delivered on time, it would be finished. I came back into town only to see the dumpster gone. Instead of working with their customer, Kendall Trucking decided to haul away the dumpster out of spite. I don't recommend them.

 + -1 moreThe representatives were polite and prompt. I felt the cost was very reasonable (particularly when compared with similar services offered by one of the two major waste haulers in this area). In particular, there was one fee for delivery and pick up of the container, and not a per day charge for keeping the container on our premises.
Description of Work: Delivered a waste container to our house and left if for a few days so we could dump out garbage and construction debris. Collected the container and took the waste to the dump.
