Description of Work: Junk Boys was amazing! Their staff was professional, courteous and hard working. We had two 20' piles of yard waste to haul away, and they got rid of all of it in under two hours, without so much as a leaf left behind. They weren't even phased when the neighbor kids came over to "help." In fact, they offered to not charge me for the few minutes delay it caused. They charge a very reasonable amount regardless, and are very transparent about how they price their services, which I appreciated. I called two other places where one wanted me to wait a week for an initial assessment and pricing meeting, and the other wanted to charge literally 10x as much as Junk Boys. Ridiculous. Junk Boys is the only way to go. I will use them again.

+ 0 moreJunk Boys are prompt and professional, as well as personable and easy to work with. They weigh your load on the truck, so there are no surprises about dump fees or amount. They work quickly, are very careful with your property - no plant breakage, no muddy footprints, no mess left behind. They are flexible and worked with me to sort out some surprising and quot;still goodand quot; items found in the trash pile. The cost was just as described to me on the phone. I always look forward to their arrival!
Description of Work: Picked up and hauled away a very large pile of household, garage. yard, and general junk. Cleaned out and hauled up a steep ramp an old spider-infested garden shed, and collected several items that I was unable to move.

+ 0 moreWent well. There is a scale in their truck so they can be accurate about how much they will pay in dumping fees and what they will charge. They were very hard workers.
Description of Work: Clearing out my dad's 3rd story condo, no second hand store would take a very heavy desk, old couch, and misc furniture. Junk Boys came out on time and quickly removed everything.

+ 0 moreThey are good communicators, they were prompt at getting back to me. They did exactly what they said they would do and they left the area really clean. I've used them a couple of times when cleaning out major things in the house. They are good, reliable and do what they say they are going to do.
Description of Work: Junk Boys removed rubbish and waste. They picked up a pile of junk from my house and took it to the dump. I've used them several times.

Description of Work: Asked them to remove debris left by tenants underneath a deck. Access wasn't easy, as everything had to come out a 2x2' access door.

+ -1 moreI called the Junk Boys on Saturday but they were not open on the weekend. On Monday morning they promptly called me back and made arrangements to pick up the junk the next day. Bright and early at 8 AM Tuesday morning they called asking if they could come over for the pick up. Ten minuets later they were at my house and had everything loaded up and done! They even took some extra trash cluttering up our porch. They did a great job!
Description of Work: We had a pipe burst under our house soaking about seven bags worth of heavy wet insulation.

+ -1 moreI called on a Monday. There standard minimum charge is $160 which is good for up to 1000 lbs. I had a lot less than that. The woman on the phone said that they could give me a cheaper rate if they were going to be in the area. She said she needed to get in touch with someone in the field to check schedule and get back to me. She called back within a half hour. She said they could pick it up the next day, and quoted me a base price and a charge per weight which was $5 for each 100 lb. She didn't give a specific time since I did not need to be home. I gave her a my credit card info over the phone. The next day the junk was gone when I got home from work and they called to give me the final price. No surprises.
Description of Work: I gathered a variety of junk, lumber, etc., and left in next to my driveway. They came while I was at work and hauled it away. They called later that day to confirm the exact cost which depended on the weight of my junk.
