JUNK B GONE

I scheduled the pickup on Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. They scheduled me for the date and time I requested. I had ordered a sofa for delivery and had to have the old sofa picked up. The truck showed up on time and it took minutes to have the old sofa gone from my life. The best thing about this is my new sofa was delivered minutes after the guys from JunkBgone had left. Perfect timing! Outstanding service. As this was during COVID-19, I was really appreciative of them wearing masks and gloves.

Dominic arrived ahead of time, and was extremely professional and efficient. He had an estimate to me in minutes after the walk-thru (which was less thank I had anticipated) and two more gentlemen arrived and in less than an hour they were back in the road loaded with the “junk”! I highly recommend Junk B Gone!!!

These guys were great - which to be honest, to me, sounds a bit and quot;gushyand quot; about a junk removal company. What I really appreciated was the fact that I called them at 9am, they arrived at 5:15pm, and they had all the materials loaded, my area swept and cleaned, and my gate shut by 6pm - and there was approx 2 pickup trucks worth of material in there. They were professional, timely, personable, and just really helpful. I will use them again in the future.

We called Junk Be Gone to have them come out and give us an estimate to remove our growing pile of building materials, and junk that we had accumulated under our deck. They returned my call within 2 hours and sent an employee out to give us an estimate within 2 hours. The estimate was very reasonable, and they had room in the truck that was headed to the dump that day, so the employee loaded up the truck with our junk and hauled it away the same day! We were so glad we made the call, and he even raked up the area and cleaned up all of the debris afterwards. We will definately give them a call next time - no more truck rentals and trips to the dump for us!

I could not have been more pleased with their service. Excellent attitude! I would felt I really lucked out with these guys.

They missed the scheduled date, but they made it better. The work was beautiful.

The price was too much so we kept looking

I recently had the difficult task of cleaning out my parent's house after my father passed away. The last thing you need in a situation like that are any other problems or issues. Because my folks had been renting, it was important to try to get things wrapped up as quickly as possible to avoid additional rental fees. At the same time I wasn't sure how long it would take me to get things to the point where I was ready for hauling, so I couldn't schedule much in advance. Junk B Gone was able to fit me in when I was ready. They gave me a two hour window and when they were getting close to the end of that time frame, not late, they called to tell me they were on their way. They were very careful with the furniture I wanted moved and the walls and doors of the rental. They came back immediately to haul away the stuff that needed to go to the dump or be recycled (old barbeques, a dishwasher and dead microwave). They even swept and cleaned up the garage floor when they were done loading the truck. On top of that, the price was definately right! The Junk B Gone crew was very nice and respectful of the situation. I will absolutely use them for all of my hauling needs in the future. Couldn't ask for better service!

Their driver/hauler Louis was prompt and contacted me when he was running late. He loaded up the truck extremely quickly by himself. Very impressive feat. I was told most of the items being hauled away will be recycled or donated, which is one of the main reasons for selecting Junk B Gone. I will definitely recommend using this company and would use them again in the future.

They were very good at communication. The job that they were doing before mine was running behind, and they called me to tell me they were going to be a little late. They were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them.

The haulers arrived within the designated time window. They were supernice and friendly. They did the job quickly and efficiently and navigated carefully through the narrow hallways and around the wheelchair and walker-bound residents of my mother's retirement community. I thought the price was fair, given the other estimates I had seen on AL. My only wish was that the time frame was 2 hours, not 3, but they came within two hours, so my wait was within reason after all.

I scheduled the appointment a couple of days in advance. The day of the appointment the owner called and said he had made a mistake and sent the crew to another job first and they would be about two hours late to my job. It turned out that they were only about an hour late. The two guys that did the job were very professional, courteous and a pleasure to have in my house.

Excellent! Very professional and cordial. Gave us a reasonable and correct price up front. Had a great interest in separating items to go to recycling and re-use. Quick and painless and they billed us later in the correct amount.

I called at 10 am and the representative was very helpful, informing me that someone would be available to haul to yard debris the next day, with a slight chance it could happen the same day I called. I asked for an over the phone estimate which they provided, $110-$145 based on the size of pile I described. When I got home from work at 5:30 there was the Junk B Gone truck, almost all loaded up! The crew was very efficient and courteous. The price might be a little high, but it was a cut up holly bush, not easy on the hands!

They were fast, they were courteous. But they arrived about 2 hours later than expected.

I called Junk-B-Gone. They came out quickly, loaded up all the junk and hauled it away within an hour. The hauler was super friendly and went the extra mile and swept the area and even removed some junk from other parts of the yard. I wish I hadn't waited 2 years to move the junk.

They were able to send out a truck the day after I called. The truck arrived on time and the two workers were courteous, efficient and clean. They had the pile loaded into their truck in about two hours. The price was exactly as quoted.

Called before noon, and they arrived the same day in their scheduled window (although almost at the end of the window). They quickly loaded up and hauled everything away.

It all went well. Two men showed up with a medium size dump box truck. They went right to work hauling the pieces out of the back yard to the truck. The raked up the smaller debris and left the area clean. It took them about an hour. I estimated the total weight of the project about 800 lbs.
