I chose this company based on the reviews. Jonathan was responsive, efficient, reasonably priced, thorough, and knowledgeable. He replaced my worn out old garage door opener with a new one that has battery backup, which is an important safety feature because my door is too heavy for me to lift manually during a power outage. He needed to come out only one time: I gave him the information about the size and type of door over the phone, and he provided the estimate by email. I was able to schedule installation right away. He clearly takes pride in his work and his business, has years of experience, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Jonathan was the only one of four Angie's List recommendations who responded immediately, that he could install my custom new pretty garage door I had ordered through Etsy, to replace my 71 year old single wide one piece garage door. (Precision Door Service arrogantly replied they only installed their own garage doors.) Jonathan was lots of fun and a total master of garage door installations, having been in the business for years. I LOVED him, particularly when I learned he grew up in Cowlitz County, where I did, too. He and his helper worked tirelessly through the late July heat without complaint, until the job was complete to perfection! Nobody Could be better than Jonathan. I feel so lucky to have found him.

I enjoyed working with Jonathan on my broken garage door project. He is not only very knowledgeable and responsible, he was also very helpful and honest about the project. He ended up charging us less than we originally discussed. He found a way to minimize our expenses without affecting the quality of his work and we are very grateful for that. We also recommended Jonathan to our HOA Board and he was accepted as one of the vendors for our townhome community.

Jonathon was able to come out the next morning (we called in the afternoon the day our garage door broke) to repair the springs on our garage door. He had the work done quickly. He was personable. We appreciated that he did not try to upsell us on any additional items.

Jonathan came to assess project, gave an estimate, we hired him, started and finished the project 3 days later! His solution to our "problem" was much less expensive than buying a whole new roll-up door.
