Right from the time I submitted an online query for a quote to completing the job a few days later, Jonathan was an excellent salesman, project manager and garage door technician all in one. He was extemely prompt in getting back to me, keeping me updated, working through pricing options with me, and patiently working through all the challenges of replacing an old outdated/discontinued garage door. He was not only professional but very good at what he does and did an excellent job in replacing the old garage door with a new one from a different manufacturer. He was very resourceful in retrofitting the garage door tracks for the new doors. I would be more than happy to hire him again when the time comes and would recommend him to anyone looking for a garage door to be replaced or fixed.

Previous homeowner did some concrete leveling at the garage entry, causing door to be unable to fully close. Jonathan was quick to respond, offered same day service, and repaired the door more fully than I had requested.

Jonathan did a great job... he had the replacement spring parts with him and quickly resolved the problem. He is professional, polite and friendly. He practiced social distancing and the final bill matched the quote. I would gladly hire Jonathan again!

My original garage door install was done very poorly and had lots of components hanging down way lower than they needed to (right at face level). My initial thought for fixing this was to switch to a wall-mount jackshaft opener but I found out after talking to several contractors that this is not an option in my case because of the low-headroom track that was used. Jonathan was the only contractor that actually offered other options for increasing headroom. After talking to a couple others, his bid for doing this work was very reasonable. He was able to come out promptly and get things moved around so that the door track and opener where the lowest points (which is how it should have been done in the first place). Would definitely recommend for reasonably-priced quality work.
