Description of Work: Complete replacement of exterior siding and trim, expanded kitchen, added sun and mud room, covered porch and concrete flooring, complete basement remodel, earthquake retrofit, fence construction, continuing ongoing misc. improvements since 2002.

Description of Work: There is no way I can recommend John highly enough. If you're looking for a builder or a remodeller, you should hire John. Period. Over the course of what must be now a decade and a half, John has done a series of five or six major remodels on my house (I've lost count), including the kitchen (twice), the downstairs family room and guest bedroom, the back deck, and an omnibus one that renovated everything else and virtually doubled its size (to abt 4500 sq ft now). All of it, absolutely all of it was done with the most incredible meticulous care, fanatical quality and attention to detail, the utmost professionalism, and in a timely manner. I trusted John so much, the largest project we executed without even signing a contract. Go hire John. And sleep easy.
