Web sites states prefer email contact. He responded right away and once per day. Agreed to proceed and in trying to set date stops communicating. Likely found other , better jobs. Hey, just respond with that or make a simple phone call, do not hide out via email. Joe the time waster.

Joe was great! He arrived exactly on time and went right to work replacing my leaky bathroom faucet. He also adjusted the toilet flow. He was nice enough to take a look at my emergency shut-off at the street after he was already off the clock. I thought his prices were reasonable and would definitely use him again.

So far so good. Everything looks great and works well!

Joe has been here at least 5 times, installed toilet, kitchen sink/garbage disposal and cleared bathtub backup 3 times when I foolishly shoved too much in the garbage disposal. Pricing always reasonable. Absolutely would have him back again.

Joe was great! He called to let me know he was delayed a bit, and when he showed up, he was fast, efficient, and professional. He helped me find the shutoff for my house, capped the pipe really quickly, and tried to save me money by using the existing cap (I spent the $5 on the new one anyway, but it was nice of him to offer). In and out in 30 minutes, great service!

The removal and replacement of my water heater went very well. Joe showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently and professionally. He left the area as he found it. Joe is very personable and I highly recommend him for your plumbing work. This is the second time I have had him out here for plumbing work (other issue was for a clog).

We have used him several times at our home and a rental house Both houses are very old and have old piping. He always knows right away where the problem is and fixes it first try. Even explaining once to us on how to restore the hot water to our tub.

Joe is simply awesome, I've used his service previously. He's responsive, courteous, professional, very reasonable, and most importantly, very honest. I don't ever have to worry about being told of phantom issues or the exaggeration of issues, a great guy and a great plumber all around.

Our crawl space project went awry when insulation was moved and water came pouring out. Called Jim late in day and the technician came out a few hours later. He did not even hesitate to crawl under the house in the dark. Shower drain was leaking. A pipe was cracked. We were able to continue our insulation project next day. A couple of weeks later when the new insulation was going in. We had some new duct work put in. The contractor saw water leaking. This time it was from my garden tub drain. Joe came out same day and repair was done quickly.

He arrived on time assessed the problem got to work immediately, told us the drain was still plugged and did we want the pipe snaked out. we said yes he did it and was done in less than 3/4 hr. Very professional and personable guy.

Joe quickly got to work and identified the fix for each of my three plumbing problems. He was friendly and courteous. He explained the cause of each problem and what had failed. It was amazing how quickly he zeroed in on the cause of my water hammer issue. He explained the fix and got it resolved (it was a bad check valve on the input side of the water heater). His work is top notch and he does not waste time. He is very friendly.

Joe the Plumber arrived promptly by the estimated time. Fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Cleaned up after the job was done. Explained to my husband how to fix problem in the future if it happened again. His price was very fair compared to others. Very honest plumber.

Joe sounded exhausted but said he would come by as soon as he finished the job he was on. Within one hour he arrived, analyzed the problem, discussed several options and areas he thought might be of concern. Joe then repaired the problem, cleaned up and left. No hard sell, courteous, professional and did a great job even way after all the other plumbers had called it a day or wanted $300 to $400 per hr just to show up. Great Job Joe!

Joe was prompt (early actually). He went right to work, finished quickly and it works great now. Also, one of the jobs would have been more complex, and rather than talking me into the repair, he was honest and said we could wait until we are ready to remodel the room in the future (it would have taking cutting into a wall to repair). Joe did GREAT work.

Great experience with Joe. Initial hourly rate sounded high but Joe knows his stuff and work hard. An hour of Joe is like 2 hours from many plumbers (or 4 hours of a DIYer like me) Joe also took the time (not billed) to give other general good plumbing advice relevant to my remodel and future projects I was planning.

I've used Joe several times in the past, and he has always been great to work with. Always on time, quick, professional and very responsive. Nice guy, and does great work: I'll continue to use him as my plumber, and recommend him to all my friends!

Joe did whatever it took to replace the water heater. He tried to troubleshoot the problem for us over the phone first instead of trying to charge us, but that didn’t seem to work. So he came out and did a really good job. We chose him because he was highly recommended on the internet. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He doesn’t try and overcharge you. We would definitely use his services in the future too. In fact, we have already booked him again for a second job.
