 + -1 moreRepairman replaced heating element. This did not fix problem. Company will not return calls. The 1st 2 calls to co. I was told I would be contacted with a date for another service call. Never received another date and now office is not taking my calls. I have paid (cash only required) $285.00. I have left messages on repairman's phone, with no response. I am an elderly woman. What a rip off!!! I should have called the BBB first.

 + -1 moreHorrible. Never, ever use this company.
Description of Work: They came, they told me what my fridge needed and accepted a $300 deposit to do the work. Never heard from them again. Called repeatedly, said they were working on it and would call me back. They never did. Called, wrote, emailed and asked for my deposit back but no response. I am taking them to small claims court.
