This is the second time we have used Jim. This time the market was much different that a few years ago, but Jim did an outstanding job getting our home sold so we could move forward with the purchase of a new home that fit our needs better. He was always prompt in his interactions, and we always felt that he was representing our interests.

Jim exceeded our expectations in every way. He assisted us is finding and purchasing our new house and helped assure all the inspections and issues were addressed prior to our offer. His sales and marketing plan for our condo was very impressive. From the first meeting we had an idea of his plan, goals, and price point. Our condo sold in less than 2 weeks and would have been shorter but I was out of the country the first week on the market and not available to accept offers. Despite both transactions being complete, he continues to be an excellent resource on projects we are completing on our new home. I can't say enough good things and have NO reservations about reccomending Jim!
