Description of Work: Made an appointment several months in advance for her to call and make an appointment. Lee forgot to call me to do this. We then made an appointment and I took half day off and she did not show up. I called her and she said she forgot. Totally unreliable and disrespectful. I would like compensation for taking time off work.

Description of Work: No work was done. Jill asked us to wait over a week for an appointment and we did. I came home from work and she called and could not make as she had truck trouble. We rescheduled and I came home again, she got lost and never called and never showed up. After numerous calls by me, she finally talked to me and was angry about my having called trying to locate her while I waited the second time. The bad part is I missed four hours of work, the good is I found out she is a flake before I hired her.

+ 0 moreI called on a Sunday for work to be done that Saturday in my small business. I spoke with Lee on Sunday. She was professional and courteous. Lee and her partner came to do the work on Saturday. They were right on time and completely prepared. The mat/floor sealing was a bit of a strange job but they did great work. The painting they did was also very well done. They worked quickly and efficiently and we will definitely call them again for more projects.
Description of Work: Sealed floor mats and did some painting.

+ 1 moreOverall, a wonderful experience. Lee was professional, returned phone calls promptly and professionally, showed up ON TIME, and completed all work within the agreed time of bid. Price was fantastic. Below most laborers charges and within agreed bid. Will definitely call for future work.
Description of Work: Yard care, shrub and tree pruning, dump runs with yard waste, garbage runs, minor home improvement repairs, some painting (touch up), and moving boxes from storage.
