Arron Ian were awesome! Very professional and polite.

They arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They communicated with us through our the process.

It was outstanding they came in remove the old bathtub. checked everything out to make sure thereâ s no dry rot or mold and put it all back together and it was done by buy the end of the day. amazing would do it again.

Austin and Kyle (& their crews) we awesome--very professional and yet friendly. Very knowledgeable, great work ethic & integrity. My new shower looks great because of the quality of materials used & they offer a lifetime warranty. They went above and beyond making sure that as a customer I was their top priority in making sure that I was happy. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves as well.

Anticipation was killing me but the end results are fabulous. Everyone was very personable from the estimator to the installers. My Lead man David Moto was so easy to work with and his attention to detail was spot on. I would recommend Jacuzzi to all my friends and family.

Fast, tidy and done properly. Our bathtub to walk in shower conversion was better than expected. JD and David were respectful, knowledgeable and very efficient. We couldn't be more pleased.

Install date was rescheduled twice which was irritating, installers were great and Corbin Reynolds was very professional. The shower looks great and I am very pleased with how it looks. Overall experience was ok. I think they charge too much for their services but, they do good work.

Jaku and Hunter did a great job. Worked tirelessly the whole day. The entire installation was done in one day. We only wish that Jacuzzi did the entire bathroom. Now we have to hire someone else to finish the rest. thanks for the hard work.

Hunter and Yaku did a good job

Impossible to get a problem fixed. Many call backs promised and then, nothing.

The customer service of installation was fantastic. Justin and Jason are true craftsmen.The product looks beautiful. We expect it to last as advertised. The office staff could be more communicative.

Corbin and Pedro were the installers and they were great. They cut out my old tub unit and replaced with my new Jacuzzi shower remodel. Everything was neat, clean, they respected my home and left everything in perfect shape. I am so pleased with the whole process. It is a joy to use my new shower system now. Our installers were great, Austin and Jason really worked hard and took the time to talk with us when issues came up and they wanted to make sure we were completely happy and they did a great job, made the whole experience worth while! And Austin was great as a lead installer and great with communication and knowledge about our project, knows what he is doing!

Yakubu and David were very professional and did a great job. Yukubu especially took great care to confirm our design choices before starting the project and ensured we were informed throughout the process. It was a great experience.

Very professional job by two conscientious and experienced installers. Yaku and Hunter arrived at 8am and finished by 2:15pm. This was a surprise as I thought it would be an all-day job. Yaku and Hunter were very careful with our home as noted by them laying down covering for flooring from front door to bathroom. They also covered bathroom counter and toilet and floor. They hauled all debris to their van as they worked. Thank you again Yaku and Hunter.
