Description of Work: Lowell repaired the front glass of my iPhone 4 after I had dropped it and the face had cracked in multiple areas. He estimated that it would take around 45 minutes and recommended a coffee shop I could wait at nearby while he was doing this. Lowell works out of his home, so it was a little awkward to sit in his living room. I drove down to the coffee shop just a few blocks away and waited. Lowell went out of his way to call the coffee shop and have them let me know when he was done - about 10 minutes early! I thought this was really going above and beyond. My iPhone is working great and looks just like new. Service was not cheap, but the same price as anywhere else. Although, the Apple store does not even offer this service.
