Showed at when said he would. Work done on time. Very polite and answered all my questions. We would definately use again.

Employees were friendly and seemed knowledgable. They completed project on time, but left large holes in our floors and forgot to deliver registers, creating unsafe conditions. My husband replaced one of their newly installed boot because there was no other way to fill in the hole in our old, odd floor. It seems like changing the register/boot size should have been mentioned when they first did the estimate so we could choose whether or not we wanted to deal with patching holes. When we had an energy audit from another company, , the technition as not impressed with their work and did not believe it was sealed like it was supposed to be. Integrity Energy gladly came back to fix work, but I'm disappointed we had to call in the first place.

They were pretty thorough when they were trying to figure out ways to work and fulfill certain requirements that I had.

They gave good service. They are reliable. The service was very smooth and they were finished very quickly. It was nice.

Taylor took the time to understand our house before making a bid. He shared his knowledge with us and we learned more about our house. We are happy with the functionality and looks of the final product. Will recommend to others.

My furnace was down. Jason the owner is the person to talk to you. He sent a tech out that day, a part was ordered and fixed the next day.

High quality operation. Very responsive to customer needs. High desire to have everything done right and as promised with actions to back it up. They did an excellent job on a difficult installation with great followup. Customer service is outstanding. No hesitation in recommending them.

Appointment was made and the service technician arrived on time. He explained the totality of the work to be done, including the gas pressure check. He thoroughly cleaned the furnace and found no adjustments were needed. He installed the surge protector for the fan.

They ordered the units that would fit into my per-existing spaces and came when the units arrived. They worked with us to install the units as the rooms were available so we did not have to have any rooms that we could not book. They did a very professional job on the installations, clean up was extrodinary, and they instructed the staff on the use and care of the units. They took the old units away so I did not have to worry about how to get the units taken care of properly. I will need 10 more units next year and will certainly call Integrity Energy Systems to do the job!
