Very bad, he left everything opened, he did not put things as he should or as same as he found it
Description of Work: Hello, It’s very important this person to be corrected I was very sad by this man, he was hired to inspect my house and left most of things disrupted He opened many items and left them open, space crawl, my heaters and laundry area shed, electrical panel, inside of my house and in the laundry are, it’s very ashamed of him. THIS REVIEW IS NOT FROM A CLIENT, THIS REVIEW IS FROM A HOMEOWNER WHO FAILED INSPECTION AND LOST A SALE DUE TO STRUCTURAL ISSUES AND ZONING. ANGIES List was contacted and the appropriate staff has yet to respond after several months. Hi as the owner of iNK Home Inspections we pride ourselves on a quality and through service, unfortunately for the property sellers who has put his property on the market with several deficiencies and failed to list them on the form 17, and advertised a single family dwelling as a 2 unit, had failed inspection due to several issues including foundation support deficiencies. (Since inspection, the home was pulled from the market) Mr [NAME ABOVE] falsely represents himself as a client, yet cares to slander us for doing a job well done, where we received a ten star rating on Redfin Openbook (review link below) from the actual client of this inspection. The actual address of the the property is 809 north east 180th street Shoreline WA. Feel free to check the King County records for the property info were you will see MR Habtie is the listed owner. If you notice the address listed by Mr Habtie is not the same, unfortunately the address listed has not been on the market since 1984 or owned or occupied by Mr. [NAME ABOVE]. We have let ANGIES LIST know this as the rating system does not apply to this review, as Mr [NAME ABOVE] did not pay, receive or was present for the inspection. Meaning we were not hired by or for Mr [NAME ABOVE], and the staff at ANGIES LIST has yet to return my phone calls or email to remove the rating system on this review NOT FROM a REAL CLIENT as advertised by ANGIES LIST.
