+ -1 moreDuring the big storm on Dec. 14th we ended up with water in the house. We knew Iliad did drainage and irrigation work so called them. On Friday morning David came out to assess the situation and described a fix. He also suggested a short-term fix until the major work could be done. He said one of his guys would be out that afternoon to do the short term fix and promised to send a bid for the rest of the work that afternoon as well. We were grateful to get such a quick response and apparent solution to our problem. However, that afternoon no one came and we didn't get the bid. We called that night, left a message and got a call back Saturday afternoon saying someone would be out late that afternoon or on Monday morning. Again no one came, we received no bid/work outline. When we called again, we found out that David was on vacation and that he would contact us when he returned. We still have not heard from him.
Description of Work: No work was performed. David Dorland came out and made an assessment but failed to come back to do any work.
