Description of Work: Installed 2 wall mounts,2 TV's and programmed both TV's. Gerard showed up on time and got started right away. We watched and asked questions the whole time which did not bother him at all. I was impressed. He is five stars all the way. Cleans as he goes. |

+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. I have already referred this company to somebody else. It is a one single individual thing that he was on time, advised me if he is going to be delayed which he was unfortunately, but that was fine. He did a very good job. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and I thought his service cost and everything was certainly with the realm of what I was willing to pay and that I would pay. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Home Theater connections Monday of this week.

Description of Work: Home audio / visual design / construction with the owner purchasing components per design. Installation of all speakers, 2 wall mount TVs and configuration/setup of all components.

+ -1 moreThe system consisted of in wall speakers, Blu-ray player, LCD television , stereo receiver and universal remote. I purchased the TV myself and Jared furnished the remaining components. I am very cost conscience and Jared stayed within my budget with room to spare. Clean, neat installation. The DVD player was linked to the internet for expanded entertainment options. The universal remote allowed me to operate all the components with a single control. This is the second system that Home Theater Connection has designed and installed for me. The previous work was a home theater set up with 50'' plasma and surround sound.
Description of Work: Home Theater Connection installed a stereo system in the family room of my house.

Description of Work: Very professional and helpful. Took the time to show us how to adjust sound and use the remote control. Did not leave until we were happy and gave us the option to call if anything went wrong. Loved this company.

+ -1 moreThey were professional, very reasonably priced, very efficient, had some good suggestions about streamlining, wrote out some easy to use directions for the many remote controls we have. Would recommend them to anyone!!!
Description of Work: Hooked up our receiver to our tv, other components, and surround speaker system. Routed speaker wires outside and up the side of the house through a pipe to the 2nd floor so we could have a 2nd audio system working from the 2nd floor.

Description of Work: I called on Friday since my house music system suddenly was not working properly and I had a party scheduled on Sunday. Jared answered my message promptly. Even though they were booked with jobs, Jared personally came changed the cables and reset the whole system. I called him again on Friday night to clarify the controls, and he was SUPER helpful. Fabulous service. He is scheduled to come again to upgrade my system. I can't wait. By the way, the party was a success and the music system worked great!

+ 0 moreThey are really nice but my only complaint was that they were unresponsive as they never returned my calls for 2 days. I finally got a hold of them and we got started on the project. They had everything done efficiently and the prices were really reasonable too.
Description of Work: They mounted a flat screen TV for me and the price included the parts and wiring.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, explained how the process would work, and got my opinion on placement, connections, etc. I had to leave to go to some meetings while they continued working, but they checked in with me when they were almost done. They were very careful and professional. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: They mounted my flat panel TV over the fireplace, installed the wiring in the walls, and patched and painted the walls.
