Description of Work: HD sold the flooring and then could not LOCATE it after informing that I should come pick it up. They delivered it for no charge but only after a WEEK of missed appointments and unreturned phone calls. The contractor for the actual installation sent an estimator who might as well not have ever seen the site, his estimate was so far off. Home Depot suggested that I NOT use their contractor to resolve the issue, which strikes me as some kind of reverse conflict of interest. HD was worse than useless in getting scheduling, delivery, and subsequent problems resolved. I will not use their "services" again.

Description of Work: MY WATER HEATER STARTED LEAKING AND I CALLED AND THEY TOOK MY ORDER AND SENT SOMEONE TO REPLACE THE WATER HEATER.

 + -1 moreI WAS INITIALLY A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT THE LACK OF EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE THE 2 GUYS THAT SHOWED UP LOOKED TO BE ABOUT 19-20 YEARS OLD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, CONSIDERING THEY WERE WORKING WITH A TRICKY PATTERN AND MULTIPLE ROLLS/SHEETS OF CARPET. THE JOB TOOK ABOUT 1-2 HOURS LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED. OVERALL, WELL DONE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW CARPET ON SECOND LEVEL OF A THREE-LEVEL TOWN HOME. REMOVED OLD CARPET AND PAD. APPROXIMATELY 400 SQ FT.
