Someone side swiprd my car and I checked Angie's list for the best body repair shops in Seattle. Holman's did a great job in record time with excellent work and low cost. My husband went to Holmans for minor body work also. I have recommended them to several people and no one was disappointed with hidden gem.

They worked directly with the insurance company and got approval for problems discovered in process. My car still looks new and all the bells and whistles function perfectly! Like everyone else who has had work done here, I would definitely return.

They were courteous, professional, came in under insurance estimate, and did great work! All certified techs and use all quality parts.

I didn’t really pursue them or anything but in terms of the quote, it was a good experience. They were very quick and accommodating. They put my ride in as soon as I walked in and gave me a paper quote. It wasn’t troublesome at all. I also asked another company and they quoted around the same amount. So it was a fair number they gave me. It was very detailed and it was a paper documentation.

I brought my car to Homan's last week to get a quote for an insurance claim. My car was swiped in a hit and run so a rear panel had come loose and there were marks on the bumper. I also had some marks on the car from other mishaps, which I was interested in getting taken care of. The owner cleaned off all the marks with lacquer thinner, pushed the panel back in place and glued it for good measure, and didn't charge me anything to do so. I was able to cancel my insurance claim, which saved me even more money. If I ever need to get more auto body repairs I will certainly return to Holman's.

Service was great. The owner is a quiet spoken, easy going guy, who was very honest with his estimates and work. I would recommend this shop for any of your auto body work.

They did an awesome job, at a great price. Another company I got a quote from wanted around $900, but Holman's only charged me $193. Paul Holman is just awesome. The first thing he asked me was how much how I wanted to spend. They are a family business who have been around a long time, and they were fantastic to work with. As soon as I parked my car, the owner was right there asking how he could help. He had a very kind and gracious way about him.

I was able to drop-in for a free estimate for repair of my car's rear bumper which had a dent, scratches and a cracked tail light. The staff was courteous and professional. I received a detailed estimate for the repairs. I went to the shop because of the other great reviews on Angie's List. I ultimately chose another shop because the wait time to schedule the repair was close to 3 weeks and I wanted to get the repairs completed sooner. Otherwise the location, price and staff were great.

They are very courteous, very efficient, they are very good at what they do and they are very timely. We are completely satisfied with everything they did. Their work was premier. The back side of the car was dented in, the two side mirrors were broken and we had them fix the rear end of the car and the two side mirrors.

The receptionist helped me park the car by the office. She then took out a spray bottle and wiped off the paint marks which I thought were scratches. She was not only very pleasant and reassuring, but didn't charge me anything. I certainly will go there again if I have a similar problem.

I had damage to one corner of the tailgate in my pickup. Was given an estimate and when told the owner that I was going to sell it soon. He recommended that I not fix it as it was not that visible and most likely would not affect the selling price. I appreciated their honesty and if I need services in the future they would be the first place I went.

These guys were amazingly professional and competent. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. There was an issue with a bumper mounting bracket not holding well after the repair. Paul replaced the bracket with a new one, no questions, no problem. Follow up service is stellar - they want a happy customer no matter what it takes. My experience was fabulous - I will certainly use them again if (well, that is when) the need arrises in the future.

I went into the shop and was greeted by the owner. I said I was there for an estimate to repair a scratch / dent on my car. I was parked on the street and we took a look at it. He said that he could write up an estimate for hundreds of dollars to make it like new. Then, he said that if it were his car he would apply solvent to clean it, then some polishing compound. He said that the damage wasn't through the paint, therefore it wouldn't rust. Then he had me pull the car into his driveway and he did just that. It looked great, and he didn't charge me for his time or anything. He was polite, professional and I must thank him for what he did. I highly recommend Holman. If anything happens to my car in the future this will be where I will want to go. After my experience today, I trust them.

I called Holman's and set up a time to bring the car in for an estimate for the repairs and detail work. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by the receptionist who called over the technician for a quick inspection. After a few minutes I had a quote, an estimated completion date and a great deal. I was kept in the loop about the progress of the car and they were very flexible in my pick up time to work around my schedule. The detail was great for the interior and exterior. The car was also dried very well and I found no drips or water marks. The driver door repair was great except a small mist of over spray on the window of the white paint. It removed easily, but was the only thing I noticed that wasn't 100% like the other service and repair. I sold the car shortly after and the new owner complimented the cleanliness of the car's interior and exterior.

My son dropped the car off for a repair estimate and asked that they call me (his dad) when the estimate was ready. There was a disconnect on communication and neither of us got a call. I had to follow up and even after I left my number on their voice-mail, they still called my son with the estimate. I think they may need stronger help at the front desk to ensure the right communication is taking place. Once all was agreed, they performed the work and did a good, but not an excellent job, with a small area of the bumper remaining blemished. It's not worth taking the time and effort to correct. I believe the price was fair as these new cars, with "plastic" bumpers are not easy to repair. When my son went to pick the car up, the front desk help was not very professional again, but the transaction was completed. I would use them again since my experience was not bad, just not as good as I would have expected from a firm with consistent A ratings from Angie's List.

THey did a really great job repairing the car. I was the middle car in a 3 car accident.

Quick examination and estmate. Next week work done satisfactorily. Treated respectfully and professionally.

No problems overall, they did the initial inspection, I scheduled a date to have the work done that would allow for the panel to come in, and they did the job in 45 minutes... all within their quoted time table and price.

The owner seems really honest and sincere. He does his best to get things done as quickly as possible. He is trustworthy and very easy to deal with.
