Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

This was an AmazonLocal promotion which is why I did it...it was cheap as I had one small room and hallway to clean. My wife was here for the cleaning and she tells me that the cleaning technician arrived on time and came in. Because I'm pretty finicky about some things, I moved all furniture (couch, two recliners, bookcase, and hutch) out of the living room. No furniture for anyone to move. Easy job. The technician cleaned the carpet completely and exercised a decent amount of care to not mess up my walls in the process. He explained some things to my wife and did not try to upsell any further services. Carpet was expected to be dry in one hour (it was for the most part) and that was that. Good job!

The owner is Greg Lucas. He is very thorough. I have been using him for my rentals also. He has dry carpet cleaning and so when he is done you can walk on them like in an hour. If he has any issues of stuff coming back, he will come back. The first time that I used him he helped me move my furniture, all that kind of stuff. He also took off candle wax stain from my carpet. I did not expect him to do that because it is wax. He had an iron and everything and he took the wax off. That was impressive. So he cares about his work. I really like him. I would recommend him. I am a regular now. So when I did the rentals he offers to shift the carpets there for me and I think I paid $400 for two units that were $ 12.40 per sq ft a piece that was vacant so it is not like moving around furniture and 2400 sq ft plus he shifts the carpets. When he does my house, like the last time I had him do he did four rooms for a $115. So I think he is reasonable because I know that I don’t have to worry about his cleaning. I would not say he is the cheapest but I would not say that he is the most expensive. Over all if I call him and I say that I need this and if it is possible, most of the time he can come within a day. He worked Thanksgiving weekend for me because at my rentals I had rentals moving in on Wednesday and we had to have the carpet cleaned and he did not charge extra. I think he is wonderful. I think his price is fair. He comes within an hour because he has other jobs that he is working on. It depends on how long it takes him. But he does call. So it is not like you don’t know. I will continue to use him in the future.

Price was reasonable and technician was very professional and efficient. He even moved my bed and cleaned underneath!

My great dane had an accident and then ran all over the house with poo on his paws. And I mean all over - every room. They came within an hour, cleaned the whole house in another hour, and it was dry by later that night. They did a great job cleaning - there were some old stains that I had little hope for that also disappeared. My only complaint was that they didn't attempt to move some basic stuff off the floor, but instead cleaned around it. (Obviously that area wasn't stained, but if you're gonna shampoo a carpet, I figure you should do the whole thing.) But really, they were so prompt and it dried so fast, that that little complaint pales in comparison to their overall great job and low price. I will definitely use them again.

They were very good and professional. They came on time and were there for less time than we had anticipated. Everything he said would happen did like how soon it would dry. For the most part they got out any stains.

Jarred was great. I told him what I wanted done over the phone. He estimated that and then when he came I actually added the whole upstairs. He was able to vacuum and clean the upstairs also for an additional $100.00 while he was there. He did a great job and made it look very good. It was a rental and needed extra care.

It was very pleasant speaking with Justin and setting up the appointment. They were able to come out exactly on the day I wanted. There was a little misunderstanding regarding the time they would show up. I thought they would show up between 9:30-10am, but they had it down as between 9:30-10:30am. Not really a problem though because they arrived about 10:10am. David was the person that cleaned my carpet and his did a great job!

They did a very good job and I was pleased.

Justin does a very good job. He was very careful around all the new drywall work that we had done and was very careful around all the trim work. He was very professional and very eager to please us as customers which we thought was great.

I called for three days and could not get a hold of anyone nor could I get anyone to return my call. Finally, on the fourth time I got someone. It was a Friday afternoon and that night they came out and cleaned my two rooms. We worked with pricing and they told me some things were recommended and others were not. They got out all of the stains and it smells wonderful. Since I was at home alone with my daughter, they helped me move a few items in the bedroom and were in and out in less than thirty minutes.

These guys were excellent. They did a really good job. I have referred them to my friends and everybody seems to express that they are really good. They are always on time and finish their job quickly. I will definitely continue working with them.

He showed up on time and did a great job. The couch looks almost brand new. Not only are the small stains not apparent, but the entire couch looks much better overall. He even left a large bottle of stain remover with us.

Great. The franchise owner, Wendy Newlun (along with her husband Jared Newlun), was very informative and professional and able to accommodate my crazy schedule. The carpet looks great and I would certainly call them first for any other carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning needs. Excellent. Great customer service - responsive and flexible for my crazy schedule and loved that the products they use are not chemical and dries quickly.
