Description of Work: I requested basic lawn mow and trim services. The job was done well and the lawn was cut to what I consider an optimal length. It was evenly cut over the entire lawn which is something my previous mower was unable to do. Phil told me he maintains sharp mower blades to get a clean, even cut. My only disappointment was he did not blow off the driveway and deck the first time, which I considered to be part of the basic service. He started doing that when asked and has been agreeable to doing other yard chores that are within his capabilities. I have asked him to continue to maintain my lawn on a regular schedule and have recommended him to a couple other friends.

+ -1 morePhil is a friend of mine. When I found out that he was doing gardening I asked him to weed the beds around my rental house in Shoreline, WA which was near his house. He did a great job. Weeds AND roots were removed and the area was completely cleaned up. He was observant of the plants that had not yet appeared (hosta) in the Spring. I was happy to pay him.
