+ -1 moreI shopped around to try and find the best price and Happy Hauler beat the other two. They gave me a quote over the phone and picked up the next day. They coordinated the pick up when I wasn't home. I have security cameras and saw they came in worked quickly, closed the gate and left an invoice.

However they were also available to do the job right then- since their bid was very generous, plus a senior discount, they immediately started the work and ended by removing the stumps, which we had not bargained on. This was a marvelous help to us. The two men worked steadily until the entire job was done, then cleaned up after themselves. They were professional, polite, and a joy to work work. We asked them to return another time to take out a very large wisteria stump we have on the side of the house. we would not hesitant to use them again, and can recommend them to anyone who needs conscientious and competent help in this area.
Description of Work: removed several piles of heavy old shrubs which my husband had cut out from our front yard. Removed the stumps and all debris. Cleaned up, raking the area

Description of Work: They responded to a request to remove a demolished shed on my property. The shed was broken down and metal and wood separated. They showed up at agreed time and removed items, and left the area in my yard broom clean .Great job!

Description of Work: Having used this company professional at my job and for my personal home and rental,I recommended them to a non-profit service partner at my current job.As a property manager they contacted me to get rid of a table top tennis table ,fooze ball table etc.I immediatdly gave them Happy Haulers name.They called and they wanted to come out for a estimate,the non-profit got cold feet and did not hire.But a couple days later the crew just showed up and took a look and told them ''we'll take this stuff no charge'' which resulted in a in kind donation to the non-profit.The Director was impressed and amazed! Way to go Happy Hauler! a big Thank you and I will be calling as soon as I do my summer clean up at my house again!

+ -1 moreThe crew actually got thier early and were freindly and professional.They worked safely packing the truck and managed to take all the debris,junk,used furniture in one trip.They also packed the truck to seperate recylables so it all did not go to the trash.I also like the fact that once you are an estavblished cutomer or have used them in the past they will bill you for the services and this is a good service as they do not know in advance what the dump fee will be etc.
Description of Work: I had a 3 bedroom home in North Seattle that the previous tenants had left lots of junk and I needed to get the home turned -over for rental.

Description of Work: I ultimately was able to have a friend help with my hauling, but I would definitely use this company in future. They were extremely nice, professional, and accommodating, especially considering I changed my appt. a few times, and ultimately canceled. They have a good sense of humor - see their web site. They seemed able to come for pick-ups within a few days, so that's a plus as well.

+ -1 moreI called and the appointment process was flawless, they gave me a date and time and then when the day came they called and told me they would be there in 20-30 minutes and then they were knocking on my door. They offered me a quote but having used them before I was sure the price was going to be in my budget. They loaded everything and even had to make two trips. The left the space and the driveway clean and it was like they were never there! Great job guys!
Description of Work: I had lots of yard waste, trash, old furniture from the clean out of my storage shed, and trash left over from my summer projects.

+ -1 moreThey left the gate open and my dog got out. I was worried to death, he finally came back after 4 hours. Also, they moved the steps from the back door and didn't put them back in place. If I hadn't looked before I went back out, I would have fallen out the door. I called the company and about a week later they apologized and said they would do something to compensate me for the trouble, but they never did. The moving and removal of the furniture was fine, but they didn't pay attention to what I told them about the gate and the stairs.
Description of Work: Two guys showed up and removed a couch off the porch and several other things and loaded all of it up. Then they needed to get to the back yard and get the other things. They had to open a gate to get to the backyard and I told them to be sure not to let the dog out. They said they closed the gate but they couldn't t have because it locks from the inside and I would have had to let them out of the house or the other gate.

+ -1 moreContacted three different haulers and went with Happy Hauler because of their customer service approach. Happy Hauler was not the lowest price contractor but offered a clear explanation of known costs and a reasonable estimate of associated dump fees. They provided a lift truck for the Coke machine and a separate truck for the construction debris and patio furniture. Brad and crew showed up when they said they would, went right to work and took care of several years accumulation of "stuff" that I had been tripping over for years. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

+ -1 moreBrad, the crew leader always is on-time and calls ahead if he is going to be late or possibly early to the sites. The crew is always professional and works clean and quickly. The office staff is always responsive and everytime you call you speak to a live person, never a machine requesting that you call back or leave a message.
Description of Work: I have several locations from Apts to office buildings in which from time to time trash, old furniture needs to be hauled off-site and general clean up need to be performed. Attention is always paid to items that can be recycled so that lowers the cost of the job as the dump fee is reduced.
