The old carpet in our living room looked like new after they were finished. We were pleased with the results. The crew was efficient, courteous, and thorough.

They were running late and called, so that I would know when to expect them. Although I had only scheduled an estimate, they had time and did my carpets at that time. They were thorough, friendly, and completed the work quickly. I will call them again!

The technician was rather swift

My worst carpet experience ever. The contractor Ceaser called the night before to reschedule as he had an important meeting conflict, while I took a day off from work to stay home for the cleaning. He and his workers showed up an hour late blaming on traffic. He added additional cost to clean a carpet runner rug in my hallway. I OK'ed it and the worker just ran over the rug but didn't clean the carpet beneath it in the hallway. He soaked my carpets. Told me it'd take 4-5 hours to dry but it wound up taking 3-4 days to dry before I could sit on my sofa! The carpet rippled after they cleaned it due to too much H2O or??? The work was sloppy, the worker didn't bother to move the folding chairs and clean the carpet beneath them. Need me say any more? Before I hired him, I used Home Advisors once before and had good experience and also saw he had "good review" so I trusted him and hired him in spite of the higher bid. Truly trust misplaced!! Now I need someone to stretch my carpet and remove some spots that he didn't clean.

Easy to work with. left equipment at my home finished everything the second day came when he said he would.
