+ -1 moreWe made the mistake of paying the deposit with a credit card and they billed us for the final payment before the work was even started. Yes, by now the work has been done, but they charged our Visa for the full amount before they finished the work, and it took several complaints to get that off. I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: They were doing some gutter work for us.

+ -1 moreI CALLED FOR A BID. THE SCHEDULER WANTED TO MAKE SURE BOTH MY WIFE AND I WOULD BE PRESENT. THE BIDDER CALLED THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT AND ASKED IF BOTH MY WIFE AND I WOULD BE THERE. I SAID ONLY ONE OF USE WOULD BE AVAILABLE. THE BIDDER WAS AGITATED, SAID ''THIS IS A BUSINESS'', AND ASKED IF I WAS ''JUST CURIOUS'', IF SO, THE COST IS BETWEEN $12-$16 PER FOOT. I DIDN'T LIKE THE PRESSURE TACTIC OF BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE HAVING TO BE PRESENT FOR A BID. THEY OBVIOUSLY WANT TO PRESSURE YOU TO MAKE A DECISION ON THE SPOT.

+ -1 moreI FOUND THEM TO BE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR PRODUCT AND THE OTHER PRODUCTS AVAILABLE OUT THERE. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REMOVE ALL THE OLD GUTTERS AND INSTALL THE NEW ONES. THE NEW ONES HAVE A COVER OVER THE TOP.
