Very professional and punctual. The team worked quickly but they were thorough and the carpets looks great. Got up all the little spots, even w/o me pointing them out - Would be happy to recommend and reuse them in the future.

Keith arrived right on time and cleaned our basement carpets that were stained from a rainwater flood a few weeks ago. The light-colored carpets were just 2 months old and had pretty serious stains from the flood. Keith made them look as good as they day they were installed. Absolutely amazing. The outcome was better than we could have possibly hoped, and Keith is an absolute great guy to work with. Looking forward to more stains in the future (though preferably food and beverage related, and not floods) so these guys can come out and clean again!

It went very well. I was impressed with Kieth's professionalism and personality. He arrived on time for the estimate and on time for the actual work. He explained what he was doing and why. He is a local small business and I would recommend him to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.

Keith was very responsive on the initial phone contact, describing the process and ensuring that we understood the use of green products, differences between his light moisture process and dry chem or traditional wet process. We made an appointment for him to come out to give the estimate and Keith assured us that should we chose to do so he would also plan on time enough to do the work. On the morning of the appointment we received a call from Keith to let us know he was running a little ahead of schedule, and to ask if he could come an hour earlier than planned. That was a refreshing change to the typical "I'm running a little late" phone call. When Keith arrived he was pleasant and professional. We asked for the bid on living room, bedroom, and hallway. He suggested the stairs be done as well and wrote up the bid with and without so that we could choose. Pricing was very reasonable and we decided to do it today and to include the stairs. The process was very efficient, starting with a thorough vacuume cleaning, then the carpet cleaning process. Great attention to detail, spot removal on our trouble area was excellent. While Keith was working he was able to talk and give advice from his years of experience regarding carpet type, quality and expected life; cleaning tips to extend the life; purchasing the right vacuume cleaner; etc. Finishing touch was that after the cleaning process the carpet was "raked" to bring up the pile -- end result: Excellent. We are very happy with the look and feel of the cleaned areas. We will be calling Greener Northwest Carpet & Upholstery Care in the fall to come out and do the rest of the bedrooms and possibly retouch the high-traffic areas after all the summer fun with the grand-kids.

Keith was very professional. The job was very extreme to me, but Keith had a great attitude the entire time I have sent his flyer to quite a few firends and neighbors and cannot stop praising the work. EXCELLENT
