hardwood floor
 + -1 moreMy experience with them was not very good. The installation was great but the business practice was not. I would not recommend them or use them again.
Description of Work: They laid now a hardwood floor for me and the hardwood itself.

 + 0 moreThe quote was redone twice over an 18 month period. Initial product had to be replaced, cost for raw material went up, and estimate was not stated appropriately. Did comparison quotes and had same quote of baseline of $5900. This company came back and added all items together rather as total cost on invoice at completion. When I responded to payment inquiry only on email for what was initial baseline price versus total of $7900 based on that being what the estimate was always stated, the contractor proceeded with placing a lien on my property rather than explanation of billing. Horrible experience to receive this in the mail versus a discussion and explanation. Office staff unable to respond on discussion. Final outcome is to pay the bill and place a warning on this web review regarding this practice of bait and switch.
Description of Work: Hardwood flooring in two rooms installed over previously carpeted floor. Installers did a great job.
