+ -1 moreFox service the first time although they took a smoke break halfway through. I ordered a second session and paid for it and schedule the service. I could not get the session scheduled and asked for a PayPal refund but never received any. I finally had to enlist the help of Angies list and they promptly refunded the money. They did a good job cleaning but administrative follow-up was lacking.

+ -1 moreStarted out good. Elizabeth was very personable and capable. Initially purchased the mother's day special and then started to have her come regularly to clean ( I have dogs). Was having problems with Andre leaving and going back to Russia so would come alone to clean. Then just stopped coming and responding to my calls. i suspected there were some social problems happening with her so I didn't pursue it after that. I never wrote a review at the time because I was concerned for her but after reading the other reviews my experience wasn't unique.

+ -1 moreThe Big Deal was for four hours of cleaning. During the time she was here, she cleaned very slowly, as compared to other cleaners I've had in or even myself. She spent most of her time in the kitchen and didn't get to much beyond it. She took numerous breaks, such that her actual working time was probably less than 3 hours. She was not professionally dressed for a cleaner (I don't expect much, but her underwear and bra were both extensively showing).

+ -1 moreThese young people were sincere and polite, and worked well together. They asked what I wanted them to do in order of priority, and did as much as they could in the allotted time. The vacuuming of three rooms was thorough. I needed walls in two rooms washed in prep for painting, which they did. They answered questions about their business and equipment in a friendly and informative way.

I called several months later and never was able to get in touch with anyone, so the service was never done.

+ -1 moreThe scheduling process went well but right before they were to arrive I received a call from the owner, telling me the two-person crew had a flat tire. She said she was just finishing up at another house but since the crew would be delayed quite a while, she could come over within an hour and asked if that would be o.k. She arrived within about half an hour and quickly went to work, completing a quality job in record time.
Description of Work: I called to have living room, kitchen, dining room, and full bath cleaned. Services included: * Vacuuming all floors, two 4X7' Persian rugs, one 6X9' Persian rug, a 2X9' hallway runner, one 7' sofa, and two upholstered chairs. * Dusting and polishing furniture including dining room table, 6 chairs, tall 2'X6' crystal cabinet, additional 4'X6' china cabinet; a 3'X3' glass top mahogany coffee table, three end tables, two 30"X6' bookcases, and a 3'X7' TV armoire. * Cleaning and polishing hardwood floors in Living room, Dining Room, hallway, and kitchen. * Cleaning of Kitchen included just the floors. * Cleaning of bathroom included tile floors, bathtub, sink, toilet, all faucets, window sill, and 5'W mirror above sink.

It was a gift for my wife. s the expiration date of deal approached every 24th 2013, my wife and I both made several calls late January or early February to obtain the services. All of our calls went to voicemail which were never returned. There was a message that said to request services to send to a certain email address[ elizabeth@greatcedarscleaning.com]. We both sent emails to the address. No response. The website in the Company profile on Angie's list does not really exist. It still takes you to a Go Daddy 'You can rent space "ad .

+ -1 moreDid not occur. After purchasing a Big Deal for $95 for 4 hours of house cleaning I contacted them. They responded immediately and said that she was going through cancer treatments and couldn't schedule something at that time. I wrote back and said I would contact them later when things were better (I had just lost someone to cancer and commiserated with them). Waited several months and then tried contacting them again. Tried twice with no response. I don't know if her cancer is worse and that is why they have not responded. I am not mad, I just want my money back since the service was not performed. I also kept copies of the emails if you want them.
