GOOD GUY PLUMBING

Called Good Guy (John) to run a gas line from our meter to our barbecue. John came out and did an estimate on December 23, which I accepted. He had time then to do the installation then, but the pipe supply store closed early due to the holiday, so he asked to delay until the next week, and I agreed. The next week he became ill, and asked to extend another week, to Jan 4, and I agreed again. When I returned home from work on Jan 4, I was disappointed that the work was not even started. There was a brief message on our home answering machine, but it was short and I was unable to make out what he had said. I called another plumbing company to set up an appointment for an estimate, then called Good Guy and left a message - canceling the work with him. John called back a little later, noting that it had been raining, that he had left a message, and that his was a small company. We felt that we had been very accommodating of the delays, but he had not mentioned that rain might be a factor. We were disappointed with the sliding schedule, and felt that the communication could have been better.

Through the years I have had various problems and they are always impressive. They are quick and thorough with everything that they do. The toilet install was done perfectly and I was pleased. They are good and their prices are even better. I would definitely recommend them.
