Anybody considering General Builders Supply should look elsewhere for cabinets. Cabinets do not appear to be there forte, both the design and sales teams missed multiple details upon initial order and then in each subsequent round of attempts to make correct more important details were missed. Such as: Plywood drawers when solid wood were ordered, regular hinges vs soft close, doors where drawers should have been, the wrong size cabinet, and white, unfinished sides when they should have been wood skins. 6 months in and I'm almost done but I have 2 vanities that have skins on the side of them in maple instead of beech. they messes up the variety of wood as well.... Lots of other options, I regret using them.

Took more than three weeks and several reminders to obtain quote. Sales rep reported "software problems" with cabinet design software. Very non-communicative.

THE ORIGINAL QUOTE AND SERVICE WERE EXCELLENT. HOWEVER WHEN THE CABINETS CAME THEY WERE THE WRONG STYLE. THIS WAS CORRECTED BY THE SUPPLIER AND FIXED. THEY HAD A ROCKY START BUT I WOULD POSSIBLE PURCHASED FROM THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THE INSTALLED COMPLETE NEW KITCHEN CABINETS WITH NEW KITCHEN DESIGN AND STYLE OF CABINETS. THIS WAS JUST FOR THE CABINETS ONLY INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED BY A THIRD PARTY.
