Description of Work: It doesn't surprise me that my real estate agent, Gene Seguin was featured on HGTV. He is charismatic, professional, and has great people skills. We were fairly newbie buyers. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he tirelessly answered our questions without ever acting put out. The listing agent of the property we ended up buying was incredibly difficult to deal with and he fought this agency for us every step of the way to make the closure happen. He was direct, respectful, and did what it took. My favorite part about our experience with him was that he was the total opposite of the smooth, fast talking salesman. Instead of trying to sell us on a house, he really helped us find exactly what we wanted. There was no pressure, just support and help to find what we were truly after. I can't recommend him highly enough. We absolutely would do business with him again and recommend him to everyone we know.
