Description of Work: There was a leak in a toilet pipe. I found it on a weekend, of course. One of their plumbers came to look at it and decided the pipe would need to be replaced. He made a temporary repair and we scheduled him to come back later when we would not be charged as an emergency. | |It was an old pipe made of lead. He removed it carefully and put on a new PVC pipe and it all worked well. It was not a trivial replacement, but they were able to do what they were trying to do the first time. The plumbers had recent experience with the same problem, which was good.

Description of Work: Gene Johnson professionals have worked on plumbing in my kitchen and they did an outstanding job. They also repaired a main drain pipe in 2011 that was excellent work. I can't recommend more highly.

Description of Work: 8/26/2015 Aaron, technician, during annual furnace inspection discovered he had to replace faulty parts on our Triangle Tube water boiler. Once the ordered parts were received the job was completed 9/11/2015. The total paid included servicing two furnaces and replacing faulty parts on the water boiler. |Aaron did an excellent job.

I CALLED AND TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED HIM BACK THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE I WAS WITHOUT WATER, THAT SEEMED TO MAKE HIM MAD, BUT HE CAME BACK AND FINISHED THE JOB AND HANDED ME A BILL FOR $1000.
