High integrity group. Personalized service. Outlook had been corrupted, then the whole Office 365. They helped install Office Professional Pro and now I am re-entering the lost data. Patient, persistent, competent. Grateful they were there when I needed them.

The onsite service technician was polote, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He patiently answered all of our questions. This was refreshing in a world where, increasingly, things just don't work right.

Geek Techs exhibit knowledge, patience, honesty, promptness and understanding. Via remote support, they walked me through the desktop setup, and then handled the downloading of files from old computer and laptop via Carbonite. When the downloading from old desktop did not occur, they took on that download as well on day 2. Shoutout to technicians Shawn and Harp.
