Worked with Christian B. He was most patient and extremely thorough. He went above and beyond helping clean things up and took time to try to remove an annoying pop up. The cost of the service was more than reasonable considering the amount of time it took to clean things up. Very much well worth the cost in purchasing peace-of-mind. Will definitely refer Geekatoo to friends and family and will use them again, if needed. (Hopefully not soon, though.)

I highly recommend them. They have a geek contact you and it's extremely reasonable for them to just come down and hook up all the wires, let's say you move a bunch of equipment for sixty-nine dollars for like an hour of call to hook everything up. They come off on the same day, they know what they're doing. I used them twice, one time was a full setup which was ninety-nine dollars and then the last time was last week, I screwed up in a lot of stuff to get connected and they just came and redid everything with sixty-nine bucks. I have a theater home system and I bought a new home theater receiver and so what they did is they hooked up the new home theater to the two television sets I have, they hooked up all of my accessories: the movie player, dvd player, fire stick, apple TV--they did all that stuff up for ninety-nine bucks. They also just signed up with Amazon so now they're a provider for Amazon to install the televisions that they sell. They'll hang 'em out and do that. They passed all of the stuff you need to do to be an Amazon certified installer.
