Great. Very responsive. Very thorough. They completed the task on a time they have said.

Fantastically well

Project took the entire day, but by the day's end I had water restored to the residence. The plumber the company sent out was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, there was a problem that occurred about two-three weeks later and I had prompt attention to getting it resolved. I would recommend them to anyone as they were fairly priced and provided great service.

They came in with their dirty shoes and no shoe covers. I had to clean my floors after they left. They put a snake down my drain and couldn't fix the problem. They said sorry and left and gave me the name of another plumbing company. But they never offered a refund of the money I paid them. I feel if you pay for something they should fix it or give you a refund.

Gary's is amazing. They identified the problem sent a crew out and replaced the drain pipe under concrete in a crawl space. They were timely, professional, accurate and performed outstanding work. Once the pipe was installed they were able to diagnose the remaining pipe (unrelated to the original problem) was pitched improperly. They ran another 25' of pipe at a very reasonable price and quickly. I recommend them and would use them again for all plumbing needs.

Happy to find no issues with our lines. We watched on video as they inspected, then got a copy for ou records. Isn't that nice.

This company was great to work with! They worked around my schedule as I was coming from out of state to overseer multiple renovations and repairs. Steve, one of the owners was jovial and very friendly. Rachel in the office was great and Ryan who came out to do the work was very professional and did a wonderful job. We did not have a clean out access as such so Ryan and his colleague luckily were able to do it through a roof vent. They found a root ball in the line which they jetted and showed me at the time the inspection was done with the camera as well as giving me the thumb drive. Ryan explained the condition of the pipes which weren't too bad and gave me a quote and advice for replacing in the future. All in all very happy and will definitely use again in the future!

Copied from above I had a plugged up bathtub drain in a rental property I own in Seattle. I tried plunging it, and one of the flexible plastic pieces which pull hair out when inserted and removed, both to no avail. I have used Gary's before for hydro jetting and cleaning a main line, but not for this smaller job. Ryan arrived just as promised, unplugged the drain in 10 minutes, flushed it throughly, and cleaned uup after himself. As maentioned in my hydro jet review, I am not affiliated w/ Gary's, and do not know anyone who works there aside from these contacts. I continue to be impressed w/ thhe quality of their service, price & performance. Thanks again guys

The two gentlemen that came out were wonderful to work with. After some minor confusion on finding my house (it's above the street, so alley access is preferred and GPS is not accurate for finding us), they came in and I talked things over with them. Our house is old and quirky, and we've learned (the hard way!) that certain things do need to be checked regularly. They actually readjusted/reset the toilet just because they felt it was an easy thing to do. In otherwords, if the hydrojet work had been needed (so the coupon would be applied to that), I'd have had free toilet adjustment. The lead guy had a wonderful sense of humor. I enjoyed having these two in my house. They were very professional, but also entertaining. I was of course quite happy to find out the sewer line did not need work. They suggested I get it checked again in two to three years. I also appreciated that their boss was willing to apply the value of the coupon to the other work. I do like to talk to people, and the lead guy was very chatty, but in a good way. He explained things as he worked, and also made some fun comments about oddities of our house, and the piping. I actually learned some interesting stuff, including stuff about the hydrojet machine. They did spend more time than was indicated by the coupon (2 hours of hydrojet flushing). I do believe that I got a good value for the work they did, and I fully intend to use their services in the future.

Due to the inability to repair or line our old sewer pipe, the crew of Gary's Pipelining installed new sewer lines for our house (and our neighbors) which included digging out clay fill during the warmest days this spring. Hard, physical, dirty work and they all did it cheerfully and neatly. This included hauling out all the old concrete and excess dirt, and also included replacing part of a planter (including replanting the plants that were in the way) that I built over an area they needed to get to. Gary's Pipelining handled everything from start to finish including the needed permits and City sidewalk re-installation. In addition, a new waterline was installed which also necessitated more digging on their part which done without any of the whining I would have done had I been doing the work on my own! From the initial meeting with Steve and Ryan to discuss the options and all through the tough work of the new installation, I was very happy with the progress and price, and of course I am ecstatic with the results. I contacted Gary's Pipelining after contacting 4 other groups and these are the folks you want since they are the workhorses as opposed to the show horses if you know what I mean... Old school style--hard work, fair price, do what they say they would do without drama. I'd recommend Gary's Pipelining to anyone asking.

It went well. He showed up early, got right to work. He walked me through the whole process, and offered to send me quotes for additional work.

We were having a water emergency. Our water bill shot up to $2300.00 but we couldn't find a leak in the house. Every minute counted as we knew water was coming out from somewhere. I then noticed water pooling just outside our wall near the entrance of the house. I called my usual plumbers (who are all great, and found on Angie's list as well) but no one could do diagnostics/leak search. Mr. Harris answered my call immediately and came to the house that same day. He found the problem and advised me that I did not have to call the city for another diagnostic study (city was charging about $400 for the service). This was a MAJOR job. The broken pipe was inside the concrete wall in the foundation of the house. A new hole had to be drilled into the concrete to replace the pipe. It look all day to fix it, but it was done in one day. Crew cleaned up very well after, as if they were never there. Price was as estimated and I got a 10% discount for being on Angie's List as well. I was a homeowner in crisis and it was such a relief for a company to come to the rescue immediately and efficiently.

Thankfully the scope ended up removing the blockage but they were very polite, professional and even gave us some advice on other things we might consider doing - that would also save us some $$ as well. Would definitely use them again!

My sewer line backed up. We called a company that had left a flyer on our door. They came out to do an emergency clean-out and gave us a repair bid of $24,000 for a pipe burst repair to the line. Two subsequent bids for pipe bursts came in around $13-15,000. None of these companies even indicated that lining the pipe was a viable option. We were referred to Steve Harris, Manager of Gary?s Pipelining and Drain Cleaning, LLC. He was able to line the pipe for just under $10,000 plus tax. Steve was great to deal with. He really did his best to keep our costs down. The work was done professionally and efficiently. Our job was further complicated by the fact that our line runs under our neighbors yard, having once been a shared sewer line. They took great care to protect the neighbors yard while dealing with the dirt from a 6 foot deep excavation hole. I highly recommend Steve and his team. I will continue to use him and refer him to friends and family in the years to come.

I took advantage of a special they offered through Angie's List to run a camera through my drain pipes to determine the cause of water leaking through my concrete foundation into my daylight basement. It turned out to be a block in the line from the kitchen, probably grease, etc. That, in turn, caused water to flow out, likely where the pipes connect (ie; a straight end from one pipe connecting into a bell-shaped end of the next). The escaping water then flowed through the ground and seeped up into the house through a crack in the foundation. The video didn't show that the pipe was broken, but it wasn't conclusive. Simply running the camera through the line cleared the blockage, so the immediate problem was solved. However, I have to decide whether to have a separate drain pipe installed, not an inexpensive project. My only complaint was that when they arrived they didn't have the necessary "mini" camera to do the job, having brought another camera that wouldn't fit into the drain line clean-out. It seems logical to me that if you're scheduled to do a scope job on drain lines that you would bring equipment to address whatever situation you faced when you arrived. (I suspect another team from the company had that mini camera equipment, but I don't know.) At any rate, they apologized and rescheduled, coming out the next day at the appointed time. They were professional and thorough, and overall I was pleased, and would recommend them.

This is the 3rd plumber we have had at our house in the 2 years we have lived here, and I am sure that we will not every call anyone else! They were the quickest and the best!!! Couldn't give them a higher rating!

Our house was built in 1925 and has old sewer pipes. We have had flooding in our basement due waste getting caught in the old cement pipes. We finally had to have either a new pipe installed underground which would be very disrupting and quite expensive or have the pipe lined. Gary's Pipelining and drain cleaning took a look and determined that we would be able to have our underground pipe relined. Within a few weeks Gary's Pipelining were able to excavate, dig the hole, reline the pipe and complete the work within 3 days. My husband and I were very impressed with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend Gary's Pipelining and Drain Cleaning service.

Great experience all the way around. Received quotes from Beacon and South West Plumbing before talking to Steve. Both bids for the initial job were $5K+ (negotiated down from initial offers of $6K+), and experience with Beacon was terrible (high pressure sales pitch). Steve's bid for the initial work of $3,400 was so much lower that I worried it would be a low quality job, but got good reference from friends so went ahead with him. When damaged pipe was replaced, they found that from the break to the main line in the street was ~85% blocked, and couldn't pull all back through from current hole. Had to dig an 11' hole in the parking strip to pull out a section of pipe and clear out blockage. At this point I was relieved to have gone with Steve, as I can only imagine what South West or Beacon would have charged for that second hole after their quotes for the initial work. At that point they know they have you and can really put the screws to you, but not the case here. One of our neighbors is a plumber, and came by to inspect the work when each of the holes was open. He commented on the high quality work, and was so impressed that he'd like to refer all of the side sewer work for his customers to Steve. Steve walked us through the details at every step of the process, and felt really comfortable with him the entire time. Workers were polite and professional. Would absolutely us him again, and recommend over any of the better known outfits.
