Description of Work: I called them to do a sewer inspection prior to selling my house. They were responsive, thorough, and personable. Negotiations with my buyers resulted in deferring minor repairs until they (the buyers) could confer with the neighbors (it's a shared line) but I will encourage them (strongly) to have Steve and his crew do the work. They demonstrate everything you hope to experience when you do business with a nearby small business.
