Description of Work: dryer was in an upstairs closet, stacked on washer. Hard to get to from either direction. Bottom of their ladder intersected with my side neighbor's fence. However, they did some good problem-solving and found out a nest had been built just inside the vent where it exits exterior wall. They were quiet, clean and helpful,explaining their process as they went along.
